Έκλεισα ραντεβου 24 μέρες μπροστά για χτένισμα 2 ατομων και όταν τις 3 τελευταιες μέρες απο το ραντεβου μας ενημερώθηκα ότι η κοπελα για λόγους υγείας δεν θα παραστει στην δεξίωση ενημέρωσα και την ίδια την κομμώτρια για να το γνωριζει! Την ίδια μέρα του ραντεβού μου την καλώ για να την ρωτησω για καποια αλλη υπηρεσία που ίσως είχε στο κομμωτήριο της για άλλη μέρα και της λέω τα στοιχεία μου για να με θυμηθεί ποια είμαι (αφου είχαμε και ραντεβου σε λίγες ώρες!) τελικά αυτό το τηλεφώνημα ήταν για να μου αλλάξει το ραντεβου μου σε άλλη ώρα χωρίς να με ενημερωσει (άσχετα απο αυτο που κανονισαμε) και για να δικαιολογηθεί η ίδια μου λέει ότι μίλησα με την βοηθό της η οποία δεν κατάλαβε..... Υστερόγραφο: η ίδια απάντησε σε όλα τα τηλέφωνα, τυγχάνει να γνωρίζω φωνές! Τελικά με άφησε ξεκρεμάστη από κομμώτρια την τελευταία στιγμή!! Απαραδεκτη συμπεριφορα με ειρωνια, απορω πως δεν μου ειπε το παρατα με!!Καλο θα είναι να ψάχνουμε επαγγελματίες στο είδος τους και όχι τυχαίες επιλογές!!
 Unacceptable !! I made an appointment 24 days in advance for a hairstyle for 2 people and when in the last 3 days of our appointment I was informed that the girl for health reasons will not attend the party I informed the hairdresser herself to know! On the same day of my appointment I call her to ask her about some other service she may have had in her hair salon for another day and I tell her my details to remind me who I am (since we also had an appointment in a few hours!) Finally this phone call was to change my appointment to another time without informing me (regardless of what we arranged) and to justify herself she tells me that I spoke with her assistant who did not understand ..... Postscript: she answered all the phones, I happen to know voices! Finally he left me hanging out by a hairdresser at the last minute !! Unacceptable behavior with irony, I wonder why he did not tell me to give up !! It would be good to look for professionals of their kind and not random choices !!
