★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vodafone Αμφιλοχίας: ο κύριος που το έχει όχι μόνο δεν μας εξυπηρέτησε αλλά κάλεσε και την αστυνομία γιατί ζητήσαμε να μας εξυπηρετήσει! Αφού ήρθε η αστυνομία και επιβεβαίωσε ότι η εξουσιοδότηση που έχω είναι αποδεκτή αυτός αρνιόταν να την πάρει για να μας κάνει αλλαγή sim λογω ελαττωματικής κάρτας που μας έδωσε αλλο κατάστημα vodafone, στο οποίο μας είχαν δώσει την sim με την ίδια εξουσιοδότηση!!
Ακόμα πιο αστείο το γεγονός ότι η vodafone δεχεται την εξουσιοδότηση αφου έχει γνησιο υπογραφης από κεπ παρολο που ειναι με email αλλά το franchise καταστημα όχι.
Αποτέλεσμα: δεν κάναμε δουλειά, ο πατέρας μου έμεινε χωρίς τηλέφωνο λογω ελαττωματικής sim. Ευτυχώς πληρώνουμε για να μην έχουμε υπηρεσίες. Αυτά.
Vodafone Amfilochia: the gentleman who has it not only did not serve us but also called the police because we asked him to serve us! After the police came and confirmed that the authorization I have is acceptable, he refused to take it to change our sim due to a defective card given to us by another vodafone store, where they had given us the sim with the same authorization !!
Even more funny is the fact that vodafone accepts the authorization since it has a genuine cap signature even though it is by email but the franchise store is not.
Result: we did not work, my father was left without a phone due to a defective sim. Fortunately we pay to not have services. That's all.
