The woman who did my nails was not friendly, argued with me about the shape of my nails, made my cuticles bleed and was unapologetic and slightly rude. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted at the beginning, but obviously she didn’t understand. My nails were okay in the end, but only after I complained. I tired to tip her for the other girls in the nail bar. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this woman had not been trained in customer service.
