They quickly arranged an appointment for me. Removed my old gel, took care of my nails and cuticles before bringing on new gel. Really happy with the result. Friendly staff! Thank you!

They cannot do nail art. My nails look nothing like the picture I showed her which was a relatively simple nail design. If you want simple plain nails they are capable enough to do that for you. They also took so unbelievably long, my sister who came with me had to get her gel nails removed, the girl doing her nails took over an hour to remove it and kept filing her natural nail even after telling her to stop. At least it was cheap.

The worst possible experience ever I just had at this shop. Very rude owner and incredibly bad job on the manicure. And they don’t disinfect their tools between customers. All positive reviews are fake! When i booked the appointment I came in and asked for what I wanted they quoted me a price for manicure with gel and nail polish. They saw I had a layer that needed to be removed. I learned afterwards to remove it is at additional cost!!! The job was poorly done - she couldn’t get a straight shape on my nails and then struggled to apply layers. When it all was finished all nails had different shapes and the gel fell off and dried to one side of the nail. Most embarrassing nail job! I never had anyone do this as a professional. Then the owner was very rude to me saying that “she is sorry for me”. And ignoring my complaints about not quoting me the right price because it was additional 8euros and the ugly nail job. In the end the girl who did the nails raised her voice on me for me saying how unhappy I am that I need to redo the nails. Awful place. Do not go there. I did say about the fact that the nails were all different shapes and the nail polish dried to a side when she asked me if liked the job- to what her response was “well next time”. And then instead of saying we will fix it because you are not happy the owner said I don’t care how you feel I need the money because the girl was working and I have a baby that is crying at home. Zero empathy to the customers- customer is just a cash cow pay me money and I don’t care if the service we gave you was even worth it. Week later the polish came off
