Great products I've been using for years but very poor application by staff. Unfortunately I got baptized there and the result was miserable.

Ήρθα και γράφτηκα, σας έδωσα αμέσως τα €300 και όταν σας είπα πως μου προέκυψε κάτι και δεν θα μπορέσω να παρακολουθήσω, αρνηθηκατε να μου επιτρέψετε τα χρήματα. Το δέχτηκα χωρίς ιδιαίτερη διαμαρτυρία και ήρθα να παραλάβω τα προϊόντα που είχα πληρώσει με τα παραπάνω χρήματα. Μου ζητήσατε παραπάνω λεφτά για να μου τα δώσετε, επειδή δεν θα φοιτούσα και ως αποτέλεσμα δεν δικαιούμουν την έκπτωση με την οποία προέκυπτε το ποσό των €300. Αρνήθηκα και μετά αλλάξατε τροπάριο και δήθεν υποχωρησατε και δεν με χρεωσατε με κάτι παραπάνω. Λιγο πριν φύγω όμως από το καταστημα μου ξεφουρνισατε πως αρνήθηκαν από την εταιρεία να μου στείλουν τα πινέλα επειδή δεν θα φοιτούσα και άρα δεν μου χρειάζονται (!!!!!). Κακώς, το δέχτηκα και αυτό και έφυγα. Μόλις πριν από λίγες ημέρες όμως, που επικοινώνησα με φίλη μου μακιγιέζ η οποία χρησιμοποιεί Kryolan και δέχτηκε να τα αγοράσει από εμένα, τα ειδε και μου είπε οτι μέσα στην τσάντα που μου δώσατε υπάρχουν επί το πλείστον καταργημενα προϊόντα, συν ότι λείπουν 5 από τις 15 σκιές που θα έπρεπε να έχω, λείπει η παλέτα των κραγιον και επίσης όλα τα σφουγγαρακια εφαρμογής μεικ απ' και κονσιλερ είναι κινέζικα και όχι Kryolan!! Πείτε μου τώρα εσείς τι πρέπει να κάνω εγώ; Να έρθω από εκεί την ώρα που θα έχετε μάθημα και να σας ξεφτιλισω; Λυπάμαι ακόμα και την βενζίνη που θα κάψω για να έρθω ως εκεί! Δεν ντρέπεστε; Δεν έχετε τσίπα και φιλότιμο; Μαζί τα βγάλαμε τα λεφτά που μου κλέψατε; Γιατί ανάλογου κόστους προϊόντα δεν παρέλαβα!! Ντροπή σας άλλη μια φορά! Είστε απατεώνες! I should rate you -1, but it is not possible! I came and wrote, I immediately gave you the € 300 and when I told you something had happened and I wouldn't be able to watch, you refused to allow me the money. I accepted it without much protest and came to pick up the products I had paid for with the above money. You asked for more money to give me because I would not study and as a result do not qualify for the deduction resulting in the amount of € 300. I refused, and then you changed your trophy and you allegedly gave up and you didn't charge me anything more. Shortly before leaving my shop, however, you complained that they refused to send me the brushes because I would not study and therefore do not need them (!!!!!). Bad, I accepted that and I left. But just a few days ago, when I contacted my makeup artist who uses Kryolan and agreed to buy them from me, she saw them and told me that most of the removed products in my bag were missing, plus that 5 of them were missing 15 shades I should have, missing the palette of crayons and also all the makeup and sponge application sponges are Chinese and not Kryolan !! Tell me now what should I do? Do I have to come from there when you have a lesson and tear you apart? I'm sorry even for the gasoline I burn to get there! Aren't you ashamed? Don't have chips and amiable? Taken together the money you stole from me? Why did I not receive such similar products !! Shame on you once again! You are cheats!
