A	Anastasios Karsanidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήραμε όλα μας τα πράγματα του μωρού μας απο τα Bebejou, καροτσάκι Concord και δωμάτιο Bebejou , το μπανάκι του, τα ρούχα του, τα παιχνίδια του, τα πάντα!! Ότι πήραμε είναι πολύ λειτουργικό και εύχρηστο! Προτίναμε και σε φίλους μας που περιμένουν μωράκι τα συγκεκριμένα καταστήματα! Έχουμε μείνει πολυ ευχαριστημένοι! Θα σας ξαναέρθουμε!! We got all our baby things from Bebejou, Concord stroller and Bebejou room, his bathroom, his clothes, his toys, everything !! What we got is very functional and easy to use! We also recommended these stores to our friends who are expecting a baby! We are very happy! We will come to you again !!

Στα θετικα ηταν η εξυπηρετηση, απο ολα τα καταστηματα στην σειρα το συγκεκριμενο ειχε την πιο πολυ γνωση και προθυμια οσον αφορα τα καροτσια. Οι κυριες εξηγουν πολυ καλα οτι χρειαστει. Στα αρνητικα οτι δεν κανουν καποιο δωρακι στον πελατη ακομα και αν κανει αγορα των 700 ευρω και επισης οι τιμες στο καταστημα εχουν ενα καπελο σε συγκριση με online. The store is relatively cramped. On the positive side was the service, of all the stores in the series, this one had the most knowledge and willingness regarding the strollers. The ladies explain very well what is needed. On the downside that they do not make a gift to the customer even if he makes a purchase of 700 euros and also the prices in the store have a hat compared to online.
i	ioanna mar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση από τον υπεύθυνο του service...εδώ και 7 χρόνια έχουμε το καρότσι hack το οποίο έχει χαλάσει 3 φορές...την προτελευταία φορά που χάλασε δεν μπορούσαμε να συνεννοηθούμε και το αφήσαμε χαλασμένο. Αυτή την φορά είπαμε να ξαναπροσπαθησουμε να το φτιάξουμε αλλά πάλι τα ίδια,οπότε πάλι καταλήξαμε να μην ασχοληθούμε. Ειρωνία και αδιαφορία..απαράδεκτος!!! Unacceptable service from the person in charge of the service ... for the past 7 years we have had the hack cart which has broken 3 times ... the penultimate time it broke we could not communicate and we left it damaged. This time we said to try to fix it again but again the same, so again we ended up not to bother. Irony and indifference..unacceptable !!!

Υπάρχει μια σχετική ποικιλία, πολύ καλή παρουσίαση των προϊόντων από τους ανθρώπους του καταστήματος και με πολύ καλή διάθεση.Στα αρνητικά: Ελάχιστος χώρος παρκαρίσματος. Very kind staff and willing to serve and answer any of our questions. There is a relative variety, very good presentation of the products by the people of the store and in a very good mood. On the negative: Minimum parking space.

Από την εξυπηρέτηση μέχρι την διεκπεραίωση της παραγγελίας μας ήταν όλα άψογα. Πήραμε τα πάντα από κει καθώς είχα κάνει ήδη ερευνα αγοράς για αυτά που θέλαμε και μας έκαναν συνολικά την καλύτερη προσφορά. Όσες φορές χρειαστηκε να επικοινωνήσω ήταν πρόθυμοι να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Μου έλυσαν όλες τις απορίες μου και μας βοήθησαν να επιλέξουμε τα κατάλληλα προϊόντα με βάση τις δικές μας ανάγκες. Σου εμπνέουν ασφάλεια όταν σου μιλάνε και σου εξηγούν πράγματα γεγονός που σημαίνει ότι διακατέχεται τις απαραίτητες γνώσεις που απαιτούνται. Χθες παρέλαβα και τ έπιπλα. Από το κλείσιμο το ραντεβού μέχρι τους κύριους που ήρθαν να τα φέρουν και να στήσουν τα έπιπλα ήταν όλα πολύ οργανωμένα. Τα έστησαν στο πι και φι μάζεψαν ότι σκουπίδια είχαν κάνει και έφυγαν κύριοι όπως ήρθαν. Όλο το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό και οι τιμές τους είναι ανταγωνιστικές. Θα το πρότεινα ανεπιφύλακτα το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί. Συνεχίστε την καλή δουλειά και θα τα ξαναπουμε σίγουρα! I can say that I am a demanding customer who knows what she wants and does not compromise. And yet I can not say anything negative about this. From the service to the processing of our order, everything was perfect. We got everything from there as I had already done market research for what we wanted and they made us the best offer overall. As many times as I needed to communicate they were willing to serve me. They solved all my questions and helped us choose the right products based on our needs. They inspire you with security when they talk to you and explain things to you, which means that you possess the necessary knowledge that is required. Yesterday I also received the furniture. From the closing of the appointment to the gentlemen who came to bring them and set up the furniture, everything was very organized. They put them in the pile and picked up what garbage they had made and left as gentlemen as they came. All staff are very kind and their prices are competitive. I would highly recommend this particular store. Keep up the good work and we will definitely do it again!

I bought a car seat for my brothers baby but the seat they sold me did not have all the parts so i was forced to re-visit the store and request a replacement.
