★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγοράσαμε εν μέσω καραντίνας παιδικό καρότσι stoke και όλα τα πέριξ αυτού.. μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι τόσο από την εξυπηρέτηση και την άμεση ανταπόκριση, όσο και από την ποιότητα των πραγμάτων.
 We bought a stoke stroller in the middle of quarantine and everything around it .. we were completely satisfied with both the service and the immediate response, as well as the quality of the things.

The owner was rude, unacceptable as he was aggressive and offensive! Do yourself a favor and do not shop from there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα πριν λίγα χρόνια από το κατάστημα Χαλανδρίου παιδικό καρότσι Mima Xari και κάποια επιπλέον βρεφικά. Στράβωσε η κουκούλα του καροτσιού στους 4 μήνες και απέκτησε ένα βαθούλωμα από το κλείσιμο, κάτι το οποίο όταν τηλεφώνησα μου είπαν ότι γνωρίζουν πως συμβαίνει. Όταν πήγα στο κατάστημα ενώ η υπάλληλος ήταν ευγενέστατη, ο υπεύθυνος - ιδιοκτήτης που ήρθε να το ελέγξει ήταν αγενής, ειρωνικός και γενικά προσβλητικός! Προσποιούνταν ότι δεν έχει κανένα ελάττωμα το καρότσι και δεν έβλεπα καλά!!! Έφυγα χωρίς να κάνω φασαρία και απλώς δεν ψώνισα ξανά από εκεί.
Μετανιώνω που δεν ενημέρωσα απευθείας την Mima. Μετανιώνω που τους σύστησα σε φίλους και αγοράστηκαν άλλα δύο ίδια καρότσια από εκεί. Χαίρομαι που τα χρήματα που έχουν χάσει από επόμενες αγορές που έκανα, τα έδωσα και δίνω σε ποιο αξιόπιστα καταστήματα.
A few years ago I bought a Mima Xari stroller and some extra cribs from the Halandri store. The hood of the stroller warped at 4 months and acquired a dent from the closure, which when I called I was told they knew it was happening. When I went to the store while the clerk was very polite, the manager - owner who came to check it was rude, ironic and generally offensive! They pretended that the stroller had no defects and I could not see well !!! I left without making a fuss and just did not shop there again.
I regret not informing Mima directly. I regret that I recommended them to friends and bought two more identical strollers from there. I'm glad that the money they have lost from subsequent purchases I made, I gave it and I give it to which reliable stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ίσως το καλύτερο κατάστημα που μπορεί να επιλέξει κανείς για αγορές βρεφικών ειδών, από πλευράς ποιότητας προϊόντων. Αναζητούσα παιχνίδια ποιοτικής κατασκευής από ξύλο ή οργανικό βαμβάκι, και τα βρήκα στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα!
Όπως ίσως παρατηρήσετε από τα υπόλοιπα σχόλια, η κακή βαθμολογία δε προκύπτει από τα προϊόντα, αλλά από τις συναλλαγές με τον ιδιοκτήτη. Θα πρότεινα να απευθυνθείτε στους ευγενέστατους νεαρούς υπαλλήλους του καταστήματος!
Probably the best store that one can choose for buying baby items, in terms of product quality. I was looking for quality toys made of wood or organic cotton, and I found them in this store!
As you may have noticed from the other comments, the bad rating does not come from the products, but from the transactions with the owner. I would suggest you to address the most gentle young employees of the store!
