Αμέσως μετά την παραγγελία έλαβα mail και τηλεφώνημα για μία διευκρίνηση. Το προϊόν ήρθε αμεσως. Ο courier ευγενικός. Απόλυτα ευχαριστημενη Excellent service! At first I preferred them because they did not have extra shipping costs. Immediately after the order I received an email and a phone call for clarification. The product came immediately. The courier is polite. Absolutely happy

Με ενημέρωναν σε όλη την πορεία της παραγγελίας, η οποία ολοκληρώθηκε εντός των προβλεπόμενων ημερών. I was very pleased with the store, as was the expectant mother who was the recipient of the gift. Είχαμε ένα θεματάκι με την κουκούλα από το ποδήλατο, αλλά μας έστειλαν βίντεο και την φτιάξαμε σωστά.. ❤️ Excellent service!! ? ? Very kind and willing to serve you .. I placed an order over 160 € everything came on time and without delay .. We had an issue with the hood from the bike, but they sent us a video and we made it right .. ❤️

Κατέθεσα τα χρήματα και έγραψα τα χρώματα που προτιμώ, παρόλο που έγραφαν ότι θα στείλουν όποιο χρώμα ειναι διαθέσιμο. Τα χρώματα που ήθελα, δεν συμπεριλαμβάνονταν στη νέα τους παραλαβή και με ενημέρωσαν ότι το καθισματάκι που αγόρασα είναι διαθέσιμο μόνο σε μπορντώ χρώμα, χρώμα που δεν ήταν στις επιλογές μου. Μου είπαν ότι αν θέλω γκρι χρώμα, μπορούν να μου στείλουν μαρσιπο που μετατρέπεται σε καθισματάκι μέσης αν αφαιρεθεί το πάνω μέρος του. Ετσι κι έγινε! Μου έστειλαν μαρσιπο που κόστιζε λίγο παραπάνω απ όσα ειχα πληρώσει, χωρίς επιπλέον επιβάρυνση & πράγματι η βάση του είναι ίδια με το καθισματάκι που ήθελα. Το δοκίμασα και ως μαρσιπο και είναι πολύ πιο βολικός από άλλον που αγόρασα 4 φορές πιο ακριβά από γνωστό μαγαζί βρεφικών ειδών. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την εξυπηρέτηση και για το προϊόν που μου προτείνατε/στείλατε! I was interested in a waist seat that I had accidentally seen in the online store of the company. I deposited the money and wrote down the colors I prefer, even though they wrote that they would send whatever color is available. The colors I wanted were not included in their new receipt and they informed me that the seat I bought is only available in burgundy, a color that was not in my choices. I was told that if I wanted a gray color, they could send me a backpack that turns into a waist seat if the top is removed. So it happened! They sent me a purse that cost a little more than I had paid, at no extra charge & indeed the base is the same as the seat I wanted. I also tried it as a purse and it is much more convenient than another that I bought 4 times more expensive than a well-known baby store. Thank you very much for the service and for the product you suggested / sent me!
