Dirty place!

Everything ok. People are kind and breakfast is good.

The owner is very unfriendly and rude. Breakfast is a waste of money, the selection is very poor. One of the smallest and worst showers i have ever seen. Very uncomfortable showers and bathroom. Location however is very great.

I spent here 7 nights and these are the pros and cons: PROS: The hotel is average and the rooms are clean. There is a restaurant, a swimming pool with sunbeds available for the guests, a small table with benches as a common space in front of the reception. They changed the bed sheets, towels and cleaned the room almost every day. The hotel is located in the center of Argassi, with a supermarket and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There is a 2 minute walk to the sea and 5 minute walk to the (small and only) central beach in Argassi. CONS: The managers of the hotel are very rude, they treated me and my friends with disrespect many times. One evening we were sitting quietly (for about 15 minutes) and drinking in the common space with a small table and benches and the female manager came and forced us to leave this space using a verbally aggressive tone and gave us the following reasons: “Because I say so!”, “My place, my Rules!” and another reason was that we did not buy the drinks from her restaurant. Although it was August, and you could barely breathe inside the room, we had to pay extra 6 euro/day for air conditioning. If you plan to go to Argassi I recommend you find a better value for money accommodation in the area.

My boyfriend and I have just returned from our trip to Zakynthos, Argassi. We spent 7 nights at Bella Dimitra Hotel. The room we stayed in was nice and clean, the sheets and the towels were changed almost daily, there was also a pool and a table in a small garden that could be used by any of the tourists. Unfortunately our stay was made less pleasant by the fact that the owners were not polite or welcoming. We had to pay extra for air-conditioning ( 6€/day) and you had to order drinks from their restaurant if you wanted to have drinks by the pool. One evening there was nobody at the garden table, so my boyfriend and I wanted to stay there with two other friends to chat a little and have a drink before going to sleep, but the host told us that we could not do that and when we asked for a reason, she said:"just because. My place, my rules!" Another unpleasant fact was that the breakfast included in the price had a very litlle variety of options and the coffee was not very good. Anyway, it wasn't a horrible trip, but I think it would have been much better if the owners had treated their guests with respect.

We arrived at hotel Bella Dimitra in July, 2019. The owners of the hotel were friendly and they gave us a warm welcome. Our allocated room (in front of the pool!) was simple but had the necessary furniture. A mini bar, closet, make-up desk and bed which was quite hard. The bathroom was okay but the shower cap was broken. Also, the shower cabin was so small that the whole bathroom was full of water but there was a drain in the middle. For airconditioning you pay 7 euros per night. We had some noice disturbance from the bars at night but it was easy to solve with earplugs. The breakfast was simply amazing! It was 'a la carte' so a lot of choice. They offer nice coffee, tea and juices in the nice bar that is next to the hotel. The people were very hospitable. The hotel is located in the middle of the centre of Argassi. There are a lot of restaurants and bars with good food and convivial atmosphere. The beach in Argassi is very close to the hotel, but the beach there is not the prettiest. We rented a quad which enriched our experience! We visited beautiful beaches which were relatively close to aa goingArgassi (20-30 min. ride). Also, busses are going to the city of Zakynthos and several beaches/excursions, without a quad or car there are also lots of activities to do. And the pool of the hotel is perfect! We had an amazing stay in Bella Dimitra. The location is perfect for young people but also for families. The rooms are not very special but everything you need. A good price quality ratio.

We had a great time at this family runned hotel. We had a warm welcome and enjoyed our time spending the island. They took good care of us. They were as nice to organise me a small birthday party as well. The rooms are nice. Clean sheets everyday, the rooms have basic needs like a fridge. Once inside the hotel is kinda calm, which is good because the main road is very noisy. In overall we had a fantasic stay.

The most amazing people. We had a wonderful time and I would go there again without a doubt! I definetly recommend this nice place!! U had so many choices with breakfast and the airconditioner in the room is good. They also change your sheets everyday and give you new towels. Such nice people! The bar is just perfect for chilling and having a nice cocktail. For me, it just has the whole package.
