The landlord, unfortunately, does not mean the appropriate amount of fuel on the rental card, which means you have to pay for unused fuel.

The locatio is in Argassi downtown. You can rent a cheap and fair car to trip all around the island. The owner are the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rates are fair. But check the car thoroughly at pick up. The rented car had problems reversing. According to the agent the previous customer had reported problems with the handbrake.
Also the agent had problems getting the car out of the parking space. However that did not lead the agent to offer another car. At some point the brakes where blocking entirely.
The car should be returned with half a tank of fuel. But the fuel level needle was stuck and we ended up returning a car with almost full tank.
We made a complaint when returning the car at the office but the agent seemed careless.
It is somewhat irresponsible to rent out a car with vital parts not working. We contacted the office by mail explaining the problems we had. They replied promptly and was very sorry to hear about our experiences.
According to the mail the car would have been replaced or fixed on the spot in case of any problems - which obviously was not the case.
