Ah love these apartments so much, room 202 amazing and christos the hotel owner is an amazing and helpful guy

It was amazing the facilities, everything was very clean and well kept. All the staff were very friendly. My mother finds it difficult to walk long distances. We could walk down to the beach but we couldn't make it back up again but kindly the owner, Christos, came and picked us up and gave us a ride back to the hotel! This is very kind. There is also a shuttle bus that goes into the town several times a day everyday, for a small amount of money which you pay at the end of the trip. There is a pool, sunbeds and showers outside. By the pool there is a bar that sells all sorts of food and drinks. There are two floors to the hotel. I stayed on the top floor. In our room we had a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, a bedroom/ lounge/ dinning area and a balcony with a table, chairs, an umbrella and a drying rack. In the kitchen there was a fridge, kettle, toast maker thing, hob, sink and cupboards and other things like cutlery and pans. The rooms are cleaned every day due to you not being able to flush toilet paper down the toilet. In the bathroom there is a toilet, shower and a sink with a mirror. In our room there were 2 single beds and 1 double bed but that changes for the room you are in. There is free WiFi but it is not great, it breaks up quite a lot. It is very nice and I will definitely visit again and I would recommend it!! The only thing is everyone seems to smoke so beware of that anywhere you go!

We (2 adults & 1 teen) had a 1 week stay at end of August, temps in low to mid 30 degrees. Our rooms had aircon (no charge) which we were glad of. It is a small hotel of 16 rooms. Our room was 202 on top floor on the front corner so gorgeous views of Lichnos bay to the front and the pool to the side. The balcony wrapped round. Bathroom (shower etc) kitchen and two rooms with beds so worked well for the 3 of is but as one was double bed and other two singles together ok for 4. Single beds on the firm side but double was ok. Main bedroom had wall mounted tv, mainly Greek channels but bbc tv news channel. Kitchen had 2 ring hob, microwave, coffee percolator, and a table top grill, fridge. Also had crockery, pans etc... Basic but just enough. Tables (2) and chairs on balcony with umbrella shades. Pool is excellent, great size and very well maintained. Good selection of sub bather beds. Pool bar good place to get drinks and snacks all day breakfast as well. You could eat all your meals they but it might be a little boring by the end of a week. Christos and staff great and always there to help with knowledge, advice or an occasional lift off he is able to. The property is on the slopes down to the bay so if you have mobility issues it can be a challenge. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel and would love to visit again. The official 2 star rating seems low to me. Basic facilities but week kept and cleaned daily. 10 mins from Parga town. Minibus goes from hotel to town and back several times a day for 1.50 euro per person per direction payable at end of the week. Taxi cost 7 euro each way. (Taxi rank in parga is near the church) The walk down to lichnos beach about 15 mins....steep so allow more for return! Small shop about 5 mins ealk diwn riad. Bigger on at beach camping site (cut through campsite if walking down and heading to right end of beach) There us also a restaurant but im afraid we didnt try it

A little, nice apartment hotel. Situated quietly 800 m from the Beach. 66 m down (and up!). And a few km’s from the very typical little town Parga (walking distance 45-55 minutes; 67 yrs. old;-) ) Big difference in the quality of the rooms - some hardly any view, others (most!) are ok or very fine.

Highly recommended comfortable and clean hotel in lovely surroundings with friendly staff and a warm welcome from Xristos. The beds were perfect for a peaceful sleep. Definitely a great place to stay in Pargas. Worth another visit.

Bella Vista hotel was a very good choice to stay in Parga on our way to Corfu and back.Situated in a beautiful place very green on the foot of a majestic mountain three minutes from the beach Lichnos which is wonderful.The staff was very friendly and helpful,the rooms are very comfortable very quiet cool and clean.The beds are very good with fantastic new mattress es.The prices are according to what it should be and very much in balance with what the hotel offers.I definitely recommended to all as Parga is a destination that someone must visit.Its so beautiful. The hotel is close to all tavernas and very good restaurants
