★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had pharaoh ants in the room, but overall it was clean, the room service cleaned it every day. Food is ok, but the owner was not very nice, although the staff are great. The view is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the bar to have ice cream and coffee with family. From the beginning the customer service was very low quality. When he took the order we felt like he missed something because of bad english and he did not check to make sure he got it. Well he then brought wrong icecream and one person did not get anything. He fixed it when we asked. But... The cappuccino we got was worst one I have ever had in a restaurant, felt and looked like bad instantcoffe. First time in my life I did leave half of the coffee, as I did not even want to drink it. We asked for check and he informed 19euros and gave no receipe. We thought we will inform him about the very bad coffee, which he obviously did not appreciate as his angry answer was "coffe is always bitter, put some sugar in it!!" My husband kindly asked if we could pay only one coffee as we were not at all satisfied, and he almost shout "You will pay the whole bill!". We left the bar not knowing if we should laugh or cry, worst customerservice any of us have ever seen! Would not recommend this bar to anyone despite the fabulous views...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel, perfect location with a quick access to the two sides of Parga. Staff very attentive and kind. The room was very clean, spacious, nice bathroom and had a balcony with a great view. All for very good price. Highly recommend this address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Room is clean, view is beautiful, bathroom is clean and big. It is near to castle. AC works well
Cons:
Weak wifi and lack of sound isolation.
1. wifi works from terrace and only some parts of the room.
2. Building is acoustic like amphitheater. You hear people talking from next room, they do not need to be loud. It is annoying.
3. Furniture does not have leg pads. So when the are cleaning near rooms and moving furniture it is really loud.
To be clear I appreciate detailed room cleaning woth furniture moving. But put soft pads under furniture. It is cheaper than proper sound isolation
