Very nice place for the summer

Can fully confirm Stelio's low rating below. Expecting luxury suites, these houses do not satisfy this expectation at all. Be prepared that 2 of 4 bedrooms are in the basement, which is fully dark (no daylight available at all !). We were completely shocked when realizing this! Wifi/internet is only available in entrance area. For all other floors the connection is not sufficient, sometimes not even in outside area. Kitchen equipment is partially dirty. We had to clean of the stuff first before we using it. The cattle was even rusty and chulky. Grill/Barbecue wasn't usable at all. It was dirty and rusty (see pictures). All showers in all floors are not functional at all: bathroom floors are being fludded while showering making it necessary to clean after every shower. Upper floor does not even have a shower: you will have to take a bath every time in the "jacuzzi". Toilette in upper floor is only locked by a glass door making your partner listen to your business every time, e.g. at nights... Cleaning service could be improved. We assume the cleaning staff does not have enough time: sometimes we didn't even see if something was done (e.g. still dirty bathroom floor). The would make your bed and change towels, that's it. Overall we wouldn't book Bellevue Villas again.

The villas are luxury, every one with private pool, clean with friendly staff. The cons are that is far for walking to the village and taverns. When you share the villa there are rooms without air condition. 1 toilet and 2 combined rooms with toilet and shower which is not convenient for group ot 8 -10 people which is the capacity.

We loved this place. Had a fantastic stay with our family there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the new and beautiful house, the pool, but best of all was the fantastic view over the blue water... one minus point goes for the mattresses which were too soft for our taste. We definitely will be back if that can be fixed.

The villas are very nice and luxurious, but be aware that there are no gates available to secure stairs or pool for smaller children. We asked the service for support with this and they could not find a solution (not sure if they really tried). In general, service is okay but certainly not extraordinary. We have experienced better. Nevertheless, the views from the terrace are amazing and worth every penny of the price.

Great, brand new, housing with all the kitchen appliances, huge living space and a cozy garden with a nice outdoor sweet water swimming pool. The only annoyance was the continuous presence of the maintenance staff. Excellent views of Toroneos gulf ang the Toroni Peninsula. Nearby shopping and entertainment places. Great food and sundy beaches with see sports and bird watching capabilities.

Be Careful! We booked the Villa with the private Pool for 3.000+€. 1. You will fight against sleeping in the basement! Before checking in to this Villa you should know that at least 2 couples have to sleep in the basement which is completely dark (since Sunlight is not really able to get in ) and it feels like beeing in a bunker! 2. Beds are horrible! Like in the Picture the couple that decides to sleep at the 1st floor has to sleep on a couch which is expandable and is NOT made for 2 People!! The Room is also horribly small for 2 people. The "Princess Bed" in the 2nd Upper Floor was destroyed and broken in the middle. 3. No Internet/Phoning THE WIFI/INTERNET or PHONING is not working in the basement AT ALL! It is completetly isolated. On the 2nd Upper Floor connection of Wifi is not working everywhere and the connection is on the lowest. All in all it was a veeeery bad experience. A couple sleeping on a couch, 2 couple in a bunker and the on couple that were lucky to have the upper appartment had a broken bed. I am sorry to say this but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
