Sunny Villas Resort and Spa Hanioti - Sunny Villas

Very nice villas (small two bedroom houses) with small backyard and a swimming pool. It is couple hundreds meters above Hanioti village with a relaxing sea view. Going to the village and back on foot is not recommended :)

Beautiful villas on the hillside above Hanioti. The villas are modern and luxurious and have a great view. We had a very warm welcome from the owners who are always ready to answer any of your questions at the reception of the villas. We would definitely recommend going here.

Awesome is not enough to describe this place Later edit: The previous post was just a first impression from this place. Now, going through photos and memories I think I should expand the story a little bit. First impression was unbelievable - great location on top of the hill, with wonderful views over the sea. The Villa we had was the Executive villa (great thanks to the owner!!) The house is very well built and designed, extremly well furnished and maintained. You literally have everything you need (TV and AC in all rooms, 3 bathrooms, huge fridge, stove, microwave and even iron board, vacuum cleaner if you need - cleaning is offered daily by the villa anyways). The private pool is the greatest amenity of them all...being able to have your own little fun place that you do not have to share with strangers or unlimited access to the pool is awesome (want a swim at midnight? Why not?). We also want to thank the owners for all other details that made our vacation the best one ever! A complimentary bowl of fresh fruits, a bottle of wine, water and juice were waiting for us. Also, whenever we needed something we got instant help. We needed a BBQ, we got it (btw, great quality product- Weber BBQ which I love) - the only thing we had to do was to start the fire and start grilling. We went to the beach only once because this place offers all you need. The silence and comfort of a perfect vacation!! Thank you guys again and for sure we'll see each other every year!! Will also highly recommend to everyone!

It was a wonderful villa, the rooms where clean and everything worked like a charm. The best view ever, paradise sunset...

Nice houses, but no villa’s.

I cannot stress how impressive this is. We came here and even though we didn't know anyone, it immediately felt like we were welcomed into a family. Since then we have come back around 3 times and have built so many good relations with the staff. They are so friendly and I guess that is what makes Sunny different- the family/community closeness. An amazing location and fantastic service. Can't recommend highly enough.

This beautiful villa is absolutely perfect! Everything looks just as great as in the photos. The private pool can be heated, so we were able to use it in April. It's a full-service property, so you can even book a great breakfast and the house will be cleaned. The villa is very well equipped, it has a heater and air conditioner, ocean view from most of the rooms and a whirl pool. The owner and his family and staff are incredibly nice. They speak English and also German. We were helped with everything. Highly recommended!
