★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful smell of sewage by the pool. Cats in the dining room, dated and dirty. Couldnt shower for two days due to rain?! Fridge in room painted with gloss paint. Food re served from previous dining period. Avoid even at a cheap price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, but it's a trap.
My intention is to share with you the exact truth about my all-inclusive experience here.
I will start with the good things. First, it is a nice and clean hotel, with room cleaning every day (except Sundays), air conditioning and a fridge for whoever needs it. The place is natural and beautiful since it gives you the feeling of being surrounded by forest and with a nice view of the sea from the front porch. There is a big and high-quality pool, very clean, with depths varying from 0,5 meters to 3 meters (so it’s good for kids and adults). Food is okay, with less variety that one would expect for all-inclusive. Last, but not least, the personnel are EXTREMELY NICE, I don’t think I have met nicer people in a hotel.
The downside is the way this hotel might be misrepresented in what the beach access is concerned. The thing found at 800 meters from the hotel couldn’t possibly be called a beach. It’s a narrow strip of rocky terrain with no umbrellas. The other beach is accessible only by car, so they will drive you in a minibus if you let them know in the morning that you are going to do that. This second beach is a public beach, but it’s almost as desolate as the first one, with an extra 6 euros per place under the umbrellas.
Talking the bus to Kerkyra Town is easy and inexpensive.
So, the first disappointment you will experience is the fact that going to Benitses Bay View will, probably leave you completely unsatisfied with what your contact with the sea is concerned. In general, this island has very few sandy beaches. They are mostly rocks, pebbles, and hurtful bigger rocks in the water. Moreover, among what the island has to offer, the location of Benitses Bay View is among the worst. There is nothing one kilometer in every direction, so don’t get your hopes up that you can find anything at all (shops or restaurants) by walking.
Second, you have to «fight» to get a sunbed by the pool. You would have people waiting at 09:55 at the entrance of the pool so, when it gets open at 10:00 to occupy the seats. Not all hotel’s clients have a sunbed. From the existing ones, only a few of them have mattresses, and the remaining ones don’t.
Third, WI-FI is a lie. It works well by the pool and in the dining room, it works ZERO in rooms and almost nothing on the porch.
My conclusion is as follows: the hotel itself is a nice one. It’s not a bad experience. If some travel agency tries to sell you this stay as a dreamy holiday, think twice. In the end, depends on what you want. If you only want to spend time in the hotel and by the pool, it’s fine. If you want to rent a car and drive through the island, it’s better. But if you come to Benitses Bay View to enjoy the sea, it’s a total trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After staying earlier this year in a 4 star rated all inclusive hotel, there was a huge difference between that and this hotel which is classified as a 3 star. The food was fine but the selection was repetitive with a few items changing every day. The Chef for the Greek salad was very stingy with the feta cheese. Come on Benitses Bay Hotel, It’s your local produced cheese. So why so tight?
The hotel itself was clean but a little dated in the rooms. The staff were all friendly apart from the member of staff who was in charge of the pool area in the mornings. I don’t know whether it was she had a long summer but she wasn’t pleasant at all. We weren’t the only ones that mentioned this. The hotel provides a shuttle to the town of Benitses. It’s only a small town, but is definitely worth a couple of short visits. The hotel is situated half way up the mountain, with the Palace of Achilleion a 10 minute walk up from the hotel at the top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bottom of the pool turned our feet blue (think the paint was coming off?) The food wasn't nice either overcooked (rock hard) or under cooked and nearly the whole holiday it was cold and we were one of the first into the dining hall. Rooms we OK. No lock on bathroom door and no kettle or anything else other than a bed and some towels. They did clean the room every day though. Was good they had a shuttle bus down into the village as the hotel is not very well situated and would be a long and steep journey up and down. Staff were all friendly, just the service and product you received was not good and not worth the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is not suitable for people with walking difficulties because it is on a hill with lots of steps. We do not have a problem with steps. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel clean and comfortable. There was plenty of choice for meals and drinks. It is a bit out of the way amongst the trees on a hill, which makes it a quieter spot. The hotel provided a free bus to take you down to the sea front and buses could be caught to take you to Corfu town or other areas. You could walk up to the palace of St Michael and George which was a few minutes up the hill. Lovely views from there. We enjoyed staying at this hotel and would go again. Very good value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got here very late. Lovely welcome included packed lunch. Rooms are basic but are cleaned every day. Food can be a bit repetitive but there's always something you will like. Stunning location. Free shuttle to town and back. Staff helpful. Not really the place for those who want a noisy jet setting holiday but ideal for families or couples. Also due to location it's got lots of steps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's definitely not a quiet hotel as they say it is. There's a lot of polish visitors who are loud! The drinks taste very cheap. It's obvious that the staff hate polish people. They always get drunk and than make a lot of trouble. Also their kids are so loud and they are always jumping into the pool. The rooms are small and older looking. But over all, the hotel was beautiful. It's close to the chateau and they also have buses which get you down to the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An intimate, small hotel with a beautiful view. To the beach quite far and back uphill, but every day the hotel organized transport several times. So it wasn't a problem. The pool is small but sufficient. Although the hotel was small, there is a small playground by the pool and a tiny pool for toddlers. This made us very happy. Tasty food, very helpful staff. The rooms are clean and the cleaning ladies were very nice and hardworking. The only negative part of that was a bunk bed for children, located very high and with low rails. We advised this, but it is not suitable for guests with littles. Despite this, we were very pleased with the stay. Although we were there for a family stay, I would recommend it to couples without children and to the elderly. In the evenings we had the impression that our running little ones disturb the peace a bit.
