Il proprietario e consorte sono attenti e disponibili. La vista e la spiaggia sottostante sono impareggiabili, tanto che le classificherei tra le prime 10 dell'isola, spiaggia in ciottoli pulita e curata, bella caletta ...mare dai colori stupefacenti, soprattutto al tramonto. Purtroppo tutto questo ha un prezzo...le camere/mini appartamenti veramente di basso livello. Mi spiego, all'arrivo in camera il primo impatto è devastante, tanto da voler riprendere armi e bagagli e andar via... eppure dietro tutto...bagno pessimo, cucina idem camera appena un po' meglio c'è una pulizia accettabile, una sorta di ordine e cura...cmq detto questo se siete avvezzi all'adattamento potete provare a soggiornare qui ... altrimenti guardate oltre...ma se riuscite a farvi andare giù una camera a dir poco pessima, troverete molti vantaggi, noleggio auto e scooter direttamente in loco, mezzi nuovi e ben tenuti ed a prezzi migliori rispetto gli altri, la spiaggia accessibile da un comodo e sicuro sottopassaggio, con chiosco attrezzato pulito ed ordinato, ed una vista direttamente dal balconcino della camera sul mare, dove poter cenare o rilassarsi ...insomma tanti vantaggi se riuscite a non farvi demoralizzare dalla camera.

Das Hotel ist sehr sehr gut ,die Eigentümer sind sehr nett freundlich höflich und Aufmerksam . Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich und das Essen schmeckt nach mehr. Ein Urlaub in diesem Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen,da man viele Anregungen für Unternehmungen bekommt. Der Strand und das Zubehör ist sehr sauber und gemütlich und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Jederzeit ist Mann und Frau gern Willkommen. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Heiner Fust

Posto informale, ottima pulizia. Gode di una posizione fantastica rispetto alla spiaggia sottostante con sdraio e ombrelloni molto carina. Il sig. Nicholas è disponibile e cordiale. Consigliatissimo

Love this place. Nikos , Magdalena, Vassilious and Christina are great hosts. The rooms are so clean, the beach is lovely and the food that Vassillios and Christina provide is great(especially the dish of the day). Car,motorbike and quadbike hire are available at competitive rates.

Great apartment. Clean and tidy. Friendly owners, nothing is too much trouble. Nice beach with a cafe providing home cooked dishes.

Very rude host , complained about using his electric for air con despite not showing us how to use it , pics deceiving , makes it look like the apartment is on the beach when it is separated by a main road ? God forbid you have a back room as we sis as it overlooks the car park We were made to feel very unwelcome , there are cheaper apartments with nicer hosts in the area As for the decor , not seen anything like it since the 70s awful

We had a great time in this hotel, even we stayed just to sleep over because we were addicted to exploring the island. Great base for exploring the whole island, especially southern part. Bus stop in front of a hotel(well connected with town and southern places), private beach, free sunbeds, snack bar all this service included, even rent a car/bike. Our hosts were willing to provide all necessary information. Center of Benitses is within walking distance (some 10 minutes). We have stayed for 11 nights in studio which has a mountain view to avoid the noice coming from the main road (apartments with seaview). Studio is well equiped with basic necessities, AC, terrace with portable table and chairs, old furniture but all functional and everything was clean. Our host even put mosquito repellents in our room, mineral water in a fridge, nes coffee... Only cons for us were the lack of a shower curtain to prevent the water from splashing around the bathroom and missing of any kind of hot plate in a studio. But as I said, snack bar is nearby and you are good to go. Final verdict - definitely a very good value for the money!

A great place to stay if you don't intend to spend much time inside the room. For those who want to explore the island this place is a perfect starting point as it is very well connected to the capital and the bus stop is just outside the apartment building. The hosts are friendly and willing to give you all the instructions you ask for, and if you want to take a break from your exploration, you can spend some time basking in the sun on the private beach that this hotel posesses, or you can enjoy some drink at the bar located on the beach, with sunbeds free for the hotel guests. The rooms are modest but clean and equipped with everything you need, including mosquito repellents. The only thing missing is the shower curtain, and besides that the room is quite fine considering its price.
