A	Alex Tok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απευθύνθηκα στο κατάστημα για κάποιο πρόβλημα σε laptop. Άριστη, έγκαιρη και ακριβής ενημέρωση για το πρόβλημα. Μου έγινε πρόταση με την καλύτερη λύση. Η υλοποίηση έγινε εντός του χρονικού διαστήματος που τέθηκε. Έγινε πολύ καλή δουλειά. Πολύ καλές τιμές. I went to the store for a problem with my laptop. Excellent, timely and accurate information about the problem. I was offered the best solution. The implementation was done within the set time. A very good job was done. Very good prices.

Τον κράτησε 2 ημέρες , μου απάντησε ότι δεν φτιάχνεται και με χρέωσε για τον έλεγχο 10 ευρώ ! Πήγα σε άλλο και τελικά βρήκε μέσα ένα σπασμένο γρανάζι από μια πινέζα που είχε πέσει μέσα . Συμπέρασμα .... ΔΕΝ ΚΟΙΤΑΞΕ ΚΑΝ ΤΟΝ ΕΚΤΥΠΩΤΗ . Ο στόχος του είναι το 10 ευρώ του ελέγχου (και καλά) . I went for an expensive home printer, with a problem with the paper feed. He kept it for 2 days, he answered that it is not made and he charged me 10 euros for the check! I went to another and finally found inside a broken gear from a pin that had fallen inside. Conclusion .... DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE PRINTER. His goal is 10 euros of control (and well).
A	Ady Kotidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική και πολύ γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση!! Πήρα ένα τηλέφωνο και μετά έκανα μια παραγγελία για ένα σκάνερ, το οποίο ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμο, μέσω email. Ο κύριος απαντούσε στιγμιαία και στο τηλέφωνο αλλά και στα emails (σύμφωνα με το ωράριο του καταστήματος φυσικά) και έστειλε την παραγγελία άμεσα. Συγκεκριμένα, έκανα την παραγγελία στις 25 Αυγούστου, αλλά την ολοκλήρωσα αφότου είχε κλείσει το μαγαζί. Ο κύριος την είδε και την έστειλε την επόμενη μέρα και εγώ παρέλαβα το προϊόν στις 27 Αυγούστου το πρωί, μαζί με το τιμολόγιο που του είχα ζητήσει. Είμαι απόλυτα ευχαριστημένη! Excellent and very fast service !! I got a phone call and then placed an order for a scanner, which was immediately available via email. The gentleman answered instantly on the phone and emails (according to the store hours of course) and sent the order immediately. Specifically, I placed the order on August 25, but completed it after the store closed. The gentleman saw it and sent it the next day and I received the product on the morning of August 27, along with the invoice I had asked for. I am absolutely happy!

Δίνω ανεπιφύλακτα 5 αστέρια όχι μόνο για τη βοήθεια της BEST COMPUTERS στην αναζήτηση της κατάλληλης κάρτας γραφικών για τις απαιτήσεις του έφηβου γιου μου αλλά και για το εξαιρετικό after sales τους. Επαγγελματισμός και Αξιοπιστία προ και μετά την πώληση. Σε επόμενη αγορά μας θα τους επισκεφτώ και πάλι. Absolutely satisfied !!! I give unreservedly 5 stars not only for the help of BEST COMPUTERS in the search for the right graphics card for the requirements of my teenage son but also for their excellent after sales.
