M	Michail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ακόμα δεν μπορώ να καταλάβω γιατί το ονόμασαν bestdeals αφού έχουν τα worstdeals . Έχουν το Pixel 5 στα 999 ευρώ και το κινητό αν το φέρεις από έξω θα κοστίσει 660 ευρώ και από ότι είδα δεν είναι το μόνο προϊόν με 300ευρώ παραπάνω από το κανονικό. Απορώ πως έχουν βάλει σε αυτό το κατάστημα 4.3 αστέρια. Οι Έλληνες μου φενεται κάνουν αγορές στα τυφλά. Πρώτα είπατε για "κόστη εκτελωνισμού", και εγώ σας λέω ότι το βρήκα στην ευρώπη με όσα λεφτά είπα παραπάνω. Είπατε για "έξοδα μεταφοράς" και σκέφτομαι πως μάλλον στις άλλες ευρωπαϊκές χώρες τα έξοδα αυτά τους τα κάνει δώρο η google, στο μόνο που πολύ εύστοχα μου είπατε είναι για το φόρο που στην Ελλάδα είναι 4% παραπάνω (660+4%=686.4) . (στο αρχικό μου σχόλιο δεν είχα πει πως τα 660 είναι μαζί με τα έξοδα μεταφοράς που αυτά τα έξοδα για εσάς μια εταιρία που κάνει περισσότερες παραγγελίες είναι πολύ μικρότερα) Όσο για το αν θα σας δώσω μια ευκαιρία όπως είπατε θα σας τη δώσω όταν θα είστε τα bestdeals στην αγορά και η αγορά δεν είναι μόνο η Ελληνική αυτή τη στιγμή αλλά η Ευρωπαϊκή αγορά. I still can not understand why they called it bestdeals since they have the worstdeals. They have the Pixel 5 at 999 euros and the mobile phone if you bring it from abroad will cost 660 euros and from what I saw it is not the only product with 300 euros more than the normal one. I wonder how they have put 4.3 stars in this store. Greeks seem to do shopping in the blind. Εάν κάποιος κάτσει και κάνει μια απλή έρευνα αγοράς θα διαπιστώσει ότι οι τιμές όπου πουλάτε κάποια από τα προϊόντα σας είναι πολύ παραπάνω από την προτεινόμενη τιμή όπου προτείνει ο κατασκευαστής τους. Σύμφωνα με αυτό το κριτήριο και χωρίς να δίνεται και κάποια έξτρα υπηρεσία στα προϊόντα σας, κάποιο δώρο ή και δωρεάν μεταφορικά, όχι ότι εξηγείται αυτή η διαφορά τιμής. Υπάρχουν περιπτώσεις όπου εάν παραγγείλω ένα προϊόν από το εξωτερικό έρχεται και με διαφορά έως και 500-800 ευρώ κάτω, μαζί με έξοδα μεταφοράς και δασμούς σε σχέση με ένα δικό σας προϊόν όπου είναι και σε κατάσταση 4-10 ημέρες (δηλαδή άγνωστη ημερομηνία παράδοσης αφού θα το περιμένετε και εσείς από το εξωτερικό). Είναι πραγματικά κρίμα να χτίζετε μια εταιρεία με κόπο και στην πορεία να προσπαθείτε κερδοσκοπήσετε εκμεταλλευόμενοι από διάφορες καταστάσεις. Ν	Ναταλία Ταυλαμπόζη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαίσια εξυπηρέτηση, παρήγγειλα συγκεκριμένο προϊόν και μου παραδώσαν άλλο επειδή έμοιαζαν οι κωδικοί και το email που μου έστειλαν έλεγε ότι ακόμα ελέγχει διαθεσιμότητα. Εντάξει μπράβο κέρδισαν 20 ευρώ χαλαλι σας. Εγώ σαν πελάτισσα δεν ξανά ψωνίζω και όσος περνάει από το χέρι μου και κανένας άλλος άπορους κοντινούς μου!!! Αν μπορούσα να βάλω μηδέν αστέρια θα το έκανα... Poor service, I ordered a specific product and they delivered another one to me because the codes looked the same and the email they sent me said it was still checking availability. Okay, well done, they won 20 euros for your halal. As a customer, I do not shop again and as many as I can and no other needy people close to me !!! If I could put zero stars I would do it ...

Χρειάστηκε να μιλήσω αρκετές φορές μαζί τους στο τηλέφωνο και ήταν το ίδιο ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί κάθε φορά. Το προτείνω σίγουρα σαν μαγαζί που παρέχει και υποστήριξη και εξυπηρέτηση και μετά την αγορά του προϊόντος. I got a laptop and unfortunately it came out defective. Ο υπεύθυνος πωλήσεων ευγενέστατος και με απίστευτη υπομονή να μου εξηγήσει τα υπέρ και τα κατά του κάθε μοντέλου. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ και σας συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. I asked for a laptop for my daughter and I had it at home in two days, perfectly packed !!!! The sales manager is very polite and with incredible patience to explain to me the pros and cons of each model. Thank you very much and I highly recommend it.

I said that I didn't need the package, and the item arrived a few days later fully scratched on one side. When I called them, they offered a 7% (!) discount, or an option to return the item. Think twice before ordering.
