★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on two tours with them. One to Elafonsini, second to Knossos. Trip to Elafonsini was ok, beach has a pink sand in reality. Trip was well organized, driver drove safe even when the road was in bad condition.
I was amazed by trip to Knossos. Tour guide Niki (Nike) is person who has a real passion for work as guide. She told my group whole story about Knossos with known details. She was helpful, answered for every question the group asked for. I my life I participated a lot of guided tours, but Nike was the best guide I have ever had.
Staff in the office agency was really helpful with good command of English. Reasonable prices for tours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service and response rate was excellent! we booked a tour to Samaria gorge, a cooking course and 2-day rental of scooters. The owner Renia was very welcome, has extensive knowledge of the local locations /amenities and the ability to change an itinerary to suit changing circumstances like ours. She really went the extra mile to get us on this course that was fully booked in the dates we were looking. Our first experience of dealing with a local travel agency in Crete and what a difference it has made to our usual DIY travel planning. We would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked with my girlfriend a single day trip to Santorini, then rented a car with them. Renia - who I suspect is the manager of this family based travel agency (it is only impression and might not be the case) - and her husband are both very helpful and reliable. When we struggled with coach driver picking us up at 5:30 am we called phone number provided immediately and sorted it out in a tick. Very impressive indeed! Also hail to Zoe Mama local guide in Santorini!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give 0 Stars but it‘s not possible. My girlfriend and I booked a horseriding trip. 2 days later we were ready to start and waited at the hotel for the pick up. After 20 minutes a guy from our hotel helped us and called the contact number on our paper. Then the women at the phone toled us that they booked the trip for an other day. The Date on the Papier was the 23. but they booked everything for the 24. Sadly we leave at the 24. and we can‘t do the trip anymore. It was the worst birthday present ever and we didn‘t even get a „Sorry“. Bad and unprofessional…
