★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depite what is written in the terms and conditions, most rent a car places WORLDWIDE accept debit card deposits (including the rent-a-car next door:), but these people don’t! They made us miss the reservation and waste two hours in a non air-conditioned office. Not to mention the money wasted with the reservation. Horrible service. It almost looks like a well-prepared scam. The staff wouldn’t even let us speak to or see their supervisor (the response from the owner [see below] did not explain why this was the case).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bit traumatic hiring cars especially those with superficial damage, however the agent inspected the car with me and recorded all defects and added a few that I spotted,which is very reassuring given that I never take super CDW insurance using my own instead. The car exceeded my expectations in spec so the overall experience was very pleasing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a car 19 days before rent start. Got confirmation mail and all. The day before rental period I stopped by to check their opening hours, no problem signaled with my rental. On the pick-up day, they said they have no such car and that my request was rejected. I showed them they have not sent me an e-mail but they were very relaxed that they promised me a car and did not deliver.
Even calling their office for customer support for Greece was no use. Just had the same discussion all over again but with a lady.
NEVER USE ENTERPRISE! They are as bad as it can get.

The best rental experience I had so far! Very nice, helpful and polite stuff. Professional service, clean new cars! Got an upgrade to a diesel car for a very fair price and that was a fantastic thing to do as I enjoy driving! Taking and giving the car back was fast and without any problems! For sure we will see us again! Thank you guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to rate. I've made a prepaid reservation via CarTrawler. I've tried to visit the office 3 times (3 consecutive days), each time it was closed.
Once I've tried to call the cell phone number provided on the door - a service told me the hour I'll meet someone there. When I came on that time - there was still nobody inside.
I've canceled my prepaid reservation and chose a local family-business car rental company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff!! We have made a reservation via phone 1 month before but they didn't give us the car as credit card was required and nobody informed us about this. The staff was disappeared without any explaination or giving us an alternative solution. We were waiting for them 1.30 hour at the airport in the midnight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested hotel drop off and after attempting to confirm they refused. They then refused to rent to me without an international drivers permit, and when I paid to get one online they would not accept it again. Overall very rude, poor service and completely unacceptable lack of communication for an international rental agency.
