Τηλεφώνησαμε στο κατάστημα παραγγειλαμε το βιβλίο που θέλαμε γιατί δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο με αποτέλεσμα να επισκεφτούμε μια φορά το κατάστημα να κάνουμε εξαργύρωση των κουπόνιων και να παραλάβουμε το βιβλίο μας! We live in Tavros and we found the store from the list of contract bookstores with which OGA cooperates. They served us immediately. We called the store and ordered the book we wanted because it was not available, so we visited the store once to redeem the coupons and receive our book!

Μας έβγαλαν τις σχολικές λίστες και των τριών παιδιών αρκετά γρήγορα και χωρίς ελλείψεις σχετικά με τον κόσμο που είχε στο κατάστημα. Και κάτι που δεν γνωρίζαμε είναι ότι μας έκαναν έκπτωση λόγω τριτεκνιας. We visited the store during the school period and the staff were very helpful. They took out the school lists of all three children quite quickly and without shortcomings about the people in the store. And something we did not know is that we were given a discount due to three children.
