★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήρθα να αγοράζω ένα δελτίο επιστροφής στο κατάστημα Περιστερίου μου είπανε ότι δεν υπάρχει κάτι τέτοιο και μου πουλήσαν Πιστωτικό στοιχείο λιαν πώλησης!! Αντί να μου πουν απλά ότι δεν το έχουνε και πρέπει να πάω στο άλλο βιβλιοπωλείο αποφάσισαν να μου πουλήσουν κάτι άλλο!!!! Τι να σου πω!
 I came to buy a return ticket at the Peristeri store, they told me that there is no such thing and they sold me a Credit item for retail sale !! Instead of just telling me that they do not have it and I have to go to the other bookstore, they decided to sell me something else !!!! What can I tell you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς από τις χειρότερες εμπειρίες μου. Έχασα 25 λεπτά για μία παραγγελία βιβλίου που είχε γίνει μέσω internet, από τον πρώτο όροφο στο ισόγειο και τούμπαλιν, απλά και μόνο επειδή οι υπάλληλοι δεν είχαν όρεξη να ασχοληθούν και έψαχναν κάθε απίθανη δικαιολογία για να μην με εξυπηρετήσουν (το κατάστημα άδειο). Η παραγγελία βρέθηκε τελικά αφού ανεβάσαμε λίγο τους τόνους. Εκείνο που μου έκανε αρνητική εντύπωση είναι η έλλειψη μηχανογράφησης, ώστε να δουν αν είναι έτοιμη και που βρίσκεται η παραγγελία. Ευγένεια μόνο στο λεξικό. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ !!!!
Unfortunately from my worst experiences. I wasted 25 minutes on a book order online, from the first floor to the ground floor and tubaline, simply because the staff had no appetite and were looking for any unlikely excuse not to serve me (store empty). The order was finally found after we raised the tones a bit. What made a negative impression on me is the lack of computerization, so they can see if it is ready and where the order is. Kindness only in the dictionary. UNACCEPTABLE !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς αποφασίσαμε να αγοράσουμε σχολική τσάντα από αυτούς . Οι ροδούλες έσπασαν στις 3 ημέρες. Ζητήσαμε να μας την αλλάξουν και μας αντιμετώπισαν σαν απατεώνες. Στα μεγάλα καταστήματα θα την άλλαζαν αμέσως.Μου ελεγαν θα με καλέσουν και⁶δεν καλούσαν και οτι θα ρωτησουν τον κατασκευαστή και αλλες βλακιες . Τους σιχάθηκα τόσο πολύ που δεν επεμένα παραπάνω. Αγόρασα καινούργια από αλλού! Οι καλοί στα δύσκολα φαίνονται .
Unfortunately we decided to buy a school bag from them. The rosettes broke in 3 days. We asked them to change it and they treated us like swindlers. In the big stores they would change it immediately. They told me they would call me and they would not call and that they would ask the manufacturer and other nonsense. I hated them so much that I did not insist on more. I bought a new one from elsewhere! The good in the difficult seem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενημερωμένο όσον αφορά την ποικιλία και τις τιμές που είναι λογικές στα είδη χαρτοπωλειου και γραφείου. Οι κοπέλες είναι εξυπηρετικές. Μου έκανε αρνητική εντύπωση όταν ρώτησα έναν κύριο στο ταμείο ο οποίος μάλλον πρέπει να είναι εκ της ιδιοκτησίας, πόσο κάνει ένα ζευγάρι γυαλιών και μου απάντησε "γράφει πάνω".. αυτό δεν είναι απάντηση εμπόρου αγαπητέ μου. Απαράδεκτος επαγγελματίας.
Updated on the variety and prices that are reasonable in stationery and office supplies. The girls are helpful. I was negatively impressed when I asked a gentleman at the checkout who should probably be the owner, how much he makes a pair of glasses and he replied "write on it" .. this is not the answer of a trader my dear. Unacceptable professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν ισχύει το ωράριο λειτουργίας του καταστήματος.. καλό θα ήταν να το διορθώσουν διότι τρώμε άδικη ταλαιπωρία με το να πηγαίνουμε στο κατάστημα κ να το βρίσκουμε κλειστό...
The opening hours of the store are not valid .. it would be good to correct it because we eat unfair inconvenience by going to the store and finding it closed ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα να βγάλω φωτοτυπίες και πέραν του ότι έφαγα πόσο χρόνο ενώ βιαζόμουν για τη δουλειά μου, μου έβγαλαν 50 φωτοτυπίες αντί για 10 τις οποίες έπρεπε να επιλέξω εγώ 10 κ τις υπόλοιπες να της λέω δώστες μου αν ειναι να τις πετάξεις κ μου λέει πρέπει να τις πληρώσεις. Δε φτάνει η αναμονή μου, ότι άργησα στη δουλειά μου, ότι δεν έβγαλα καν τις φωτοτυπίες που ήθελα για τη δουλειά μου. Κ προφανώς συγνωμη δεν υπήρχε.
