It's a really well stocked book shop with a good selection of children's books. The staff was very helpful while I was browsing for books for toddlers.

Helpful staff. Store looked interesting. Even though I* couldn't find what I was looking for, they pointed me in the right direction. *And I should point out that they did most of the looking in the store, as I was encumbered.

A good book store with other gifts ideas and school office supplies to choose from. Affordable. Small availability for English books. The staffs service is excellent. If you need english books or greek books that are not in the store you have an option foe them to order it for you and you will be notified when it is in the store.<3

Amazing and quality collection of stationery and books!

Dealt with their eshop. Ordered 8 children's books (in Greek, not English, so they were not a rarity in any way, shape or form and should have been easy enough for them to have in stock and send to me). This company has the most dreadful customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I called for almost 2 weeks to check on my order...no answer. Actually, worst. I got a recorded answer saying I'm in the cue and someone will be with me shortly, only to be hung up on at 1 minute 20 seconds every time. I emailed 5 emails asking where my order was and they didn't respond. When I finally got a customer service rep on the phone he make up excuses why my order hadn't even been processed and said they knew they didn't have the books but were waiting to see if any became available. They sat on my money for 2 weeks, didn't respond to my emails and constantly hung up the phone on me. When i expressed that I was not satisfied with their handling of the situation, the rep said that if I keep talking about it then my order will never get processed because I was taking up his time talking! Then he said they would call me by 6 PM to update me on what was available from my order. Never called! THEN they send me an email saying that none of the books are available and that they tried to call me several times and couldn't reach me -- I was home all day. Canceled my order via email because I can't reach anyone on the phone. Want to give this horrible company 0 stars. Taking customers' money when you know you don't have the product is fraud.

There isn't a book title that they don't have or can find for us. Elpida assisted me in finding what I was looking for and I must note that she is efficient and professional. I don't think I will visit another bookstore in the area.

This bookstore is not my favourite, I only shop here if there's a hurry. I am still waiting for my last online order from a couple of years ago, never got any update on it in spite of calling two or three times. And the lady at the checkout wraps gifts as if she hated books or the receiver personally, better if they said they won't do gift wrapping. Their selection is not that wide, and mainly focuses on easy sellers. Kids section is not bad.
