★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took me 2 hours to return a pair of defective, new Bluetooth headphones.
All documents were present (receipt, product). Bought one day, took home to charge, when to turn on.... headphones would not power up. Next day went to Public to return and discovered that they really, really do not want you to ever return anything. 1 day later and 2 trips back to the original store + 2 hours = refund. Big time hassle ☹️

I don't know how... but the guys are amazing... everywhere I go guys are awesome...
I really want to point on the guy (bold guy) at games and accessories department... he is another level...
Rare to find in Athens a seller so polite...
I highly recommend public

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many similar stores in Athens but this one have the most electronics in display so you can touch, see and interact. You can test your grip on many gaming mice, you can see hundreds of kitchen appliances and more. The staff was very helpful.
