Ενδεικτικά σας αναρτώ ανακοίνωση από την αρχική σελίδα μεγάλου βιβλιοπωλείου του κέντρου που τελικά εξυπηρετήθηκα : "Επίσης, είναι δυνατή η παράδοση εκτός του καταστήματος μόνο με τη χρήση χρεωστικής ή πιστωτικής κάρτας (click away)". Αντιθέτως εσείς απλά τους διώχνετε τους πελάτες, αυτή είναι η λύση σας. Ξέρετε, πουλάτε βιβλία, γνώση, όχι μπουγάτσες. Αν και προσβάλλω τα μπουγατσάδικα με το να σας συγκρίνω. Με έναν πελάτη μέσα και με ξαποστείλατε σήμερα να πάω να σας φέρω πιστοποιητικό ενώ ήρθα να παραλάβω και όχι να χαζολογήσω μέσα στο μαγαζάκι σας . Είσαστε απαράδεκτοι και αγενέστατοι. Τρανή απόδειξη της αγένειάς σας ο τρόπος που απαντάτε στους υπόλοιπους πρώην πελάτες σας που τόλμησαν να σας κάνουν αρνητική κριτική. Υ.Γ: Ως προς την απάντησή σας, εξυπηρετούνται τα πάντα και όχι μόνο στο ένα που πήγα εγώ το οποίο και δεν ονοματίζω αλλά και σε άλλα βιβλιοπωλεία. Οπότε τα περί συμφερόντων κλπ είναι γελοιότητες. Ένα απλό σερφάρισμα θα σας πείσει οτι η πολιτική "διώχνω πελάτη" υπάρχει μόνο στον πλανήτη σας. Όσο για τις "ευγένειες" και τις "ευχές", μοιράστε τες στις υπόλοιπες απαντήσεις σας που αφορούν αρνητικά σχόλια. Αγοράζω πάρα πολύ συχνά από ηλεκτρονικά βιβλιοπωλεία και ακόμα και από τα πολύ επώνυμα βιβλιοπωλεία, συνήθως αυτά που επιλέγω μου έρχονται ταλαιπωρημένα ή με χτυπήματα. Ήτανε μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη ο τρόπος που μου στείλατε το δέμα και σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πάρα πολύ. I bought through Skroutz and here came the best packaging and the most careful book I have ever bought.
