È stato tutto perfetto sia a partire dal transfer per finire agli hotel da Voi scelti! Volevo fare un grande elogio alla nostra guida Anna la quale ci ha fatto vivere un'esperienza unica e fantastica! Si esprime in modo eccellente in italiano e spiega in modo impeccabile tutta la vs bellissima storia greca! Anch'io e i miei amici che di storia dell'arte ne sapevamo davvero poca siamo tornati a casa con un bagaglio fornito di notizie davvero spiegato in modo semplice ed eloquente! Un plauso ad Anna! Non fatevela scappare è eccezionale! Simpatica disponibile per ogni evenienza è dolcissima oltre che davvero preparata! Se torno in Grecia e spero di farlo al più presto non esiterò a chiedere la sua compagnia per tutto il prossimo tour e la consiglierò ai miei conoscenti! Un grazie anche all'artista Giovanni che pazientemente ci ha accompagnati per tutti i giorni pazientemente senza mai lamentarsi per i nostri ritardi e anzi ci aiutava con il transfert bagagli in modo impeccabile! Grazie a Voi ragazzi Anna e Giovanni abbiamo fatto un viaggio fantastico, non ci siamo accorti di essere all'estero! E questo vuol dire tanto siamo stati sempre in ogni occasione a nostro agio! Un abbraccio grande e a presto! Hello everyone! I have just returned from Greece I did the classic Greece and Meteore tour from 11 to 18 November! All fantastic! Everything was perfect both starting from the transfer and ending up at the hotels of your choice! I wanted to give a great praise to our guide Anna who made us live a unique and fantastic experience! He expresses himself in Italian in an excellent way and impeccably explains all the beautiful Greek history! I, too, and my friends who knew very little about art history, went back home with a baggage of news that was really explained in a simple and eloquent way! A praise to Anna! Don't miss it is exceptional! Nice available for any eventuality, it is very sweet as well as really prepared! If I go back to Greece and I hope to do it as soon as possible I will not hesitate to ask for his company for the next tour and I will recommend it to my acquaintances! Thanks also to the artist Giovanni who patiently accompanied us every day patiently without ever complaining about our delays and indeed he helped us with the luggage transfer in an impeccable way! Επισης η κοπελα που με εξυπηρέτησε εκανε τουλαχιστον 25 λεπτά για να μου βγαλει ενα απλό εισιτήριο ! Δεν το συνιστώ Initially it is the only travel agency that receives a 3 euro commission to book tickets. Also, the girl who served me took at least 25 minutes to get me a simple ticket! I do not recommend it

Την πρώτη φορά που αγόρασα εισιτήρια από το συγκεκριμένο πρακτορείο η κυρία που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν αγενής και απότομη και καθυστερούσε υπερβολικά. Περίμενα να τελειώσει την συζήτηση (όχι επαγγελματική) στο τηλέφωνο και μετά να εξυπηρετηθώ. Παρόλα αυτά επειδή στηρίζουμε τα τοπικά μαγαζιά αποφάσισα να βγάλω φέτος εισιτήρια από εκεί. Στο σημείο ήταν ήδη ένας κύριος ο οποίος ήδη περίμενε 20 λεπτά να τελειώσει μια συζήτηση στο τηλέφωνο που είχε για κάτι αφίσες. Αφού πέρασε ένα 15 και εξυπηρέτησε τον κύριο και εμείς περιμέναμε απ'έξω καθώς ο χώρος δεν έχει κλιματισμό και η ατμόσφαιρα ήταν αποπνικτική. Έξω δεν υπήρχε κάποια σκιά οπότε ήμαστε στον ήλιο. Η κυρία μας κοιτούσε καθόλη την διάρκεια των 20 λεπτών που περιμέναμε να τελειώσει. Αφού ο κύριος εξυπηρετήθηκε μπήκαμε στο μαγαζί η ώρα ήταν 18.55. το ωράριο είναι μέχρι 19.00. Η κυρία μας έδιωξε και μας είπε κλείνω. Της είπαμε πως περιμέναμε τόση ώρα και γιατί δεν μας ενημέρωσε και μας είπε αγενές ύφος "αν θέλετε ελάτε το πρωϊ". Unprofessional behavior, rudeness terrible delay. The first time I bought tickets from this agency the lady who served me was rude and abrupt and was too late. I waited for the conversation (not professional) to end on the phone and then to be served. However, because we support local shops, I decided to get tickets from there this year. At the point was already a gentleman who was already waiting 20 minutes to end a conversation on the phone that had posters for something. After a 15 and served the master and we waited outside as the space has no air conditioning and the atmosphere was suffocating. There was no shade outside so we were in the sun. Our lady watched for the entire 20 minutes we waited for it to end. After the master was served we entered the store the time was 18.55. the hours are until 19.00. The lady kicked us out and told us to shut up. We told her that we had been waiting for so long and why she did not inform us and told us rude style "if you want come in the morning".
