Vartholomeos has been involved in real estate on a professional basis for 14 years. He held the position of Asset and Portfolio Director at Intercontinental International REIT and Trastor REIT. Before that, he was Development Director at Makro C&C (part of Metro Group), where he was responsible for the expansion of Makro Cash & Carry stores in Greece. He began his career as a real estate consultant in CBRE and then moved to Cushman & Wakefield Greece as head of real estate and hospitality advisory services. He holds a degree in European Studies and a Masters in Real Estate Management and Investment from Reading University. Vartholomeos has a passion for discovering unique luxury vacation residencies around the country and believes that the future of tourism in Greece lies in combining the purity and joie de vivre of the Greek experience with personalised services of the highest quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Mykonos for my best friends hen do at the end of September 2021 and booked a Villa through Villa Beat. We was originally booked for 2020 but due to the pandemic we was unable to go but even through all the ups and downs Villa Beat were incredible. They allowed us to move our booking, into a new Villa - which was incredible WOW! The service we received every step of the was was superb, from the moment of booking our new date to us arriving they had us sorted. We honestly couldn’t have dreamed of better service, they have you covered and protected on every level. We had 24/7 service where we could book a taxi, restaurants, trips and takeaways literally all to hand using a WhatsApp group.
Would 100% recommend and will be booking with them again.
Thank you to everyone who made our trip so special. Villa Beat is an incredible company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked villa Luna in Mykonos via Achilleas, and I had the best experience from Loanna, to Anastias and our wonderful host Ardita, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless for us. They helped us our arrange our bookings, as well introduce us to our wonderful driver Christos! The villa was stunning, and I couldn’t fault the service at all, 10/10 would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough good things about VillaBeat. We booked a villa in Mykonos town and we could not have been happier. From the moment we inquired with the company, Achilles answered immediately and was so responsive sending us several options to choose from and giving us feedback for what we wanted. We finally chose our Villa and we were in touch with Ioanna.
Ioanna was the BEST. She stayed in touch with me before our stay and set up boat tours, chef meals, pre stock menus, reservations, ride services. If I had any questions she answered me within the same day or got back to me no later than the next day.
She put us in touch with a ride service they use through the VillaBeat Service which was a incredible in Mykonos. There are few cabs on the whole island but we had our personal service and just had to give 30 mins notice and our driver was there. We heard stories that people were waiting for cabs for over 2 hours! Alex was in charge of this and we could not be more thankful for him!
If you are thinking about travelling with VillaBeat do not second guess for the service was 5 stars nothing less I could not say anything negative. We would definitely use them again!!

Due to covid we had to rearrange our villas twice, both times this was done with ease and with no additional costs. We were given a contact when on the island for any queries we had, issues or anything. Special mention to Ioanna who was fantastic throughout. I found we had left something at the villa after leaving, Anastasis ensured the safe return of this, which I cannot thank him enough for. Would recommend villabeat to anyone and will use again for future trips ?

We booked with them 4 weeks before our trip & daughters wedding in Mykonos because our original villa from another rental company cancelled our reservation. The villa was beautiful, well maintained and we appreciated the daily cleaning service! We had a slight concern with neighboring construction noise but Villabeat addressed it professionally with constant updates. Loanna & the entire staff was wonderful to work with - we can't say enough!!
