No professionalism, I came by appointment and had limited time, I discovered that I have to wait the same in the queue without an appointment. No respect for the client's time or schedule.

Θέλω ακρίβεια και αξιοπιστία στις μετρήσεις και η Βιοϊατρική καλύπτει πλήρως τις απαιτήσεις μου. Κι αν για το ιατρικό προσωπικό, ο επαγγελματισμός και η αποτελεσματικότητα (πρέπει να) θεωρούνται ως δεδομένο, ένα πρόσθετο «μπράβο» αξίζει στο προσωπικό που διεκπεραιώνει τις γραφειοκρατικές διαδικασίες στο γκισέ… Προσωπικά, έχω θαυμάσει την ευγένεια με την οποία τα κορίτσια (δια)χειρίζονται τις δεκάδες των πελατών- ιδίως τους δύστροπους- που θέλουν πάντα να εξυπηρετούνται άμεσα, ανεξάρτητα από σειρές προτεραιότητας. Χαρά στην υπομονή τους! Εύχομαι στη Βιοϊατρική Γλυφάδας να συνεχίσει την επιτυχημένη πορεία της και μακάρι να βγάζει πάντα ευχάριστα αποτελέσματα στις εξετάσεις των πελατών της. I have been trusting Glyfada Biomedicine for many years for the laboratory measurements of my family. I want accuracy and reliability in the measurements and Biomedicine fully meets my requirements. And if for the medical staff, professionalism and efficiency (should) be taken for granted, an extra "bravo" is worth to the staff who handles the bureaucratic procedures at the counter… Personally, I have admired the kindness with which the girls (through) handle the dozens of customers - especially the awkward ones - who always want to be served promptly, regardless of order of priority. Joy to their patience! I wish Glyfada Biomedicine to continue its successful course and hope that it always produces pleasant results in the examinations of its clients.
J	James Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON’T GO HERE FOR A PCR TEST - the system and the people working here are so disorganised and almost lost our test results which we needed for travel. We were made to wait around for 4 hours on a Saturday afternoon. We did eventually get the results but I would never ever trust them with anything vital.

The website advertises the test for 40 euros but at the site they also ask for 20 euros hodder charge for taking the sample.
