Το συγκεκριμένο περιστατικό επαναλήφθηκε στις 3 από τις 5 αλυσίδες απο το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Σε προσπάθεια μου να βγάλω άκρη ο ενας υπαλληλος μου είπε να πω τον πελάτη να την καθαρίσει με μαγειρική σόδα ενώ ο άλλος μου είπε ότι μάλλον έτσι η αλυσίδα θα έχανε το χρωμα της και ότι αλυσίδα η οποία μαύρισε χωρίς να βγει από το σακουλάκι της θα έπρεπε να την πάω εγώ για επιμετάλλωση. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας.. A chain which was made of 925 silver was worn once for two hours and not only blackened the jewelry but also the girl's neck.
