★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our bicycle trip from Germany to Greece my rear wheel hub started to crack when we were riding in the Peloponnese. I contacted Alex and asked him if he could set up a new back wheel for my travel bike.
He instantly answered and asked me for the specifications. Half an hour later he proposed exactly what I needed: a strong DT Swiss rim, Shimano XT hub and strong spokes.
I somehow managed to reach Athens with a ferry from Poros.
I went straight to the BikeBoost Shop where Alex was ready to change the wheel.
Everything went perfect. Alex is really reliable and did an excellent job.
I'm so thankful. We could continue our trip and are now in Northern Greece on our way back home to Germany.
