★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πρώτη (και προφανώς η τελευταία...κι εξηγούμαι) συναλλαγή πήγε άριστα με αντικαταβολή για αγορά ενός αντικειμένου και λοιπά. Η δεύτερη παραγγελία την οποία προσεπάθησα ''πολλάκις'' να ολοκληρώσω με την χρεωστική μου mastercard της Πειραιώς (εφ'όσον δεν ήτο δυνατόν ν' αποσταλεί με αντικαταβολή λόγω αυξημένου ποσού, και ταυτόχρονη αγορά περισσοτέρων του ενός αντικειμένου) σε καμμία των περιπτώσεων δεν κατέστη δυνατόν να εκτελεστεί δι'ό,τι δεν την δέχεται το ''σύστημά τους'' (ενώ έχει επιλογές διατραπεζικής συναλλαγής) καθ'ότι δέχεται μόνον την Alpha e- Commerce ως συνδιαλλασσόμενη τράπεζα , (τράπεζα με την οποία δεν έχω (και δεν επιθυμώ κι'όλα καμμία σχέση)ή κατάθεση σε μία από τις προτεινόμενες από αυτούς τράπεζα.Είμαι συνταξιούχος αναπηρίας με ποσοστό 80% και με πολλά υποκείμενα νοσήματα (μεταξύ αυτών και αδυναμία κινήσεως των κάτω άκρων μου) συνεπώς δεν δύναμαι να προβώ σε φυσική μου παρουσία στην τράπεζα για να καταθέσω το αντίστοιχο ποσόν της παραγγελίας μου.Να χαίρονται λοιπόν την ''μονοπωλιακή τους εν Ελλάδι φάμπρικα''.
 The first (and obviously the last ... and I explain) transaction went great with cash on delivery to buy an item and so on. The second order which I tried "many times" to complete with my debit mastercard of Piraeus (since it could not be sent by cash on delivery due to increased amount, and simultaneous purchase of more than one item) in none of the cases can be executed for what their "system" does not accept (while it has interbank transaction options) as it only accepts Alpha e-Commerce as a conciliatory bank, (a bank with which I do not have (and do not wish to I have an 80% disability pension and many underlying diseases (including inability to move my lower limbs) so I can not make my physical presence at the bank. bank to deposit the corresponding amount of my order. So let them enjoy their "monopoly factory in Greece".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to contact them 4 times in order to let me know that my order has been cancelled after 1 month of delay. The original lead time of the order was 3 months, and they took an extra month to realize that the bike will not be delivered.
Not proactive at all. Very disappointed.
I think it would be better to have a closer collaboraiton with the supplier, which by the way cannot take the full blame as BikeMall suggests.
Zero customer centricity, I do not recommend.
