N	Nασια on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αναγκαστικά να πάρω ποδήλατο από εδώ διότι υπάρχουν ελλείψεις σε αλλά μαγαζια διαφορετικά ούτε από έξω θα πέρναγα. Η πωλήτρια μέσα στην ξινιλα βαριόταν να εξυπηρετήσει με έδωσε ένα ποδήλατο χωρίς να έχει ρυθμιστεί (ταχύτητες,φρενα) με χαλαρομενα φρένα κοντεψα να σκοτωθώ..Φυσικα μου είπε είναι ρυθμισμένο ετοιμο ενώ ήταν υποχρεωμένη να μου το πουλήσει ρυθμισμένο ετοιμο αναγκαστικά το πήγα αλλού και έδωσα συν χρήματα να μου το ρυθμίσουν! Παιδιά ούτε από έξω! I have to get a bike from here because there are shortages in other stores otherwise I wouldn't even pass by. The saleswoman inside the sourdough was bored to serve me, she gave me a bike without being adjusted (speeds, brakes) with loose brakes, I approached to be killed. plus money to fix it for me! Guys, not even from the outside!

Μας έδειξε 2 ποδήλατα βιαστικός και πριν προλάβει να ανέβει το παιδί μας είπε να τελειώνουμε γιατί είχε κι άλλους πελάτες. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. The gentleman is very rude. No willingness to serve. He showed us 2 bikes in a hurry and before the child could get up he told us to finish because he had other customers. Unacceptable behavior.

Ίσως ο μοναδικός στην πόλη που ενω μπορεί να αφησει το όνομά του και μονο να πουλάει κάθεται με όρεξη να μοιραστείι με τον κάθε ένα απο εμάς τους φαν του ποδηλάτου τα μυστικά του! Γνωρίζουν πολύ καλά το αντικείμενο και προσπαθούν να σε βοηθήσουν να κάνεις την καλύτερη δυνατή επιλογή ποδηλάτου που θα καλύπτει τις ανάγκες σου σε σχέση με τα χρήματα που διαθέτεις. Προσωπικά πήγαινα για ακριβότερη αγορά αλλά με συμβούλεψαν να πάρω κάτι πιο οικονομικό το οποίο θα με εξυπηρετούσε καλύτερα. Very good at their job Excellent service. They know the subject very well and try to help you make the best possible choice of bike that will meet your needs in relation to the money you have. Personally I was going for a more expensive purchase but I was advised to get something cheaper which would serve me better.
S	Stefanos Chatzipanagiotou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δουλεύει μια συγκεκριμένη μαρκα ποδηλατων orient σε λογικη τιμη και καπου εκει χανεται η ποιοτητα. Για παιδικο ποδήλατο που αγορασα €120 και οι βοηθητικες καταστραφηκαν μετα απο ελαχιστη χρηση με παρεπεμψε η ιδιοκτητρια στο υπερσυγχρονο σερβις της εταιρείας. Εκει δυο κυριοι με ενημερωσαν οτι εχουν δυο βοηθητικες καινουριες μπλε μεν για ροζ ποδηλατο στη προνομιακη τιμη των €15. Στην εγγυηση λεει δεν συμπεριλαμβάνονται οι βοηθητικες. Φυσικα πουθενα δε το αναφέρει αυτό η κατα φαντασιαν εγγυηση που προσφερουν. Μετα και αφου είπα θα μιλησω μς την κυρία που μου πουλησε το ελαχιστα χρησιμοποιημενο ποδήλατο προσπαθησαν να με μεταπεισουν λεγοντας οτι θα μου πει τα ιδια κλπ. Αφου το πηγα στο καταστημα το αφησα να βγάλει άκρη αυτος που μου το πουλησε και είναι υποχρεωμενος και υπολογος για σωστο after sale τροπο. Αφου το κρατησε 4 μερες μου είπε ότι δε μπορει να κανει κατι αντ αυτου μου προτεινε να μου δωσει με 5 η 8 ευρω δε θυμαμαι κάποιες ροδες να τις περασω μονος μου! Αφου αρνηθηκα μου ειπε σιγα τωρα για €5 κανεις ετσι; της εξηγησα οτι και €0,001να ζητουσε ειναι προσβολη στον πελατη που πουλας προιον με εγγυηση αλλα κάποια πράγματα ειναι αργα να τα καταλαβουν καποιοι ανθρωποι. Επισυναπτω φωτο του ποδηλατου στις οποιες φαίνονται και το ποσο αχρησιμοποιητα είναι τα ελαστικα σε σχεση με τις βοηθητικες. Ενώ πήγα για να πάρω ένα ποδήλατο που είχα δει και στο σάιτ τους, μου έδωσαν να καταλάβω ότι το συγκεκριμένο ποδήλατο δεν θα εκπλήρωνε την χρήση που ήθελα. Έτσι μετρώντας τις διαστάσεις μου και υπολογίζοντας το budget που ήθελα να δώσω, μου έκαναν ένα custom ποδήλατο για εμένα. Τρεις μήνες μετά την αγορά του δηλώνω ότι ήξεραν τι μου έλεγαν !!! Έχω το τέλειο ποδήλατο για εμένα. Σας ευχαριστώ. Κρίμα που δεν έχει και άλλα αστεράκια να βάλω :) I was impressed by the know-how they have on the bike. While I was going to get a bike that I had seen on their site, they let me know that this bike would not fulfill the use I wanted. So measuring my dimensions and calculating the budget I wanted to give, they made me a custom bike for me. Three months after the purchase, I declare that they knew what they were telling me !!! I have the perfect bike for me. Thank you. Too bad it does not have other stars to put :)

The sales person was insisting on selling me a specific bike,even though it was not suitable for my needs not was it the one I was mostly interested. Overall, I would think twice before buying anything from there.
