Ν	Νικος Πριτσινας on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγαπητέ ιδιοκτήτη του κατ/τος. Προς απάντηση της απάντησής σας στην κριτική μου: Πράγματι αυτό ήταν το συμβάν. Το ύφος μου δεν ήταν διόλου επιθετικό. Υπερασπίστηκα με πολύ ήπιο τόνο, τα δικαιώματά μου ως καταναλωτή, απαιτώντας αυτό που δικαιούμαι. Αντίθετα ο υπάλληλός σας με απείλησε ότι θα φωνάξει την ασφάλεια όταν πήγα να φωτογραφίσω το επίμαχο προϊόν και όταν του επεσήμανα ότι δεν είμαι υποχρεωμένος να πληρώσω τη διαφορά μεταξύ της αναγραφόμενης τιμής και αυτής που ο ίδιος ζητούσε και ότι προτίθεμαι να καταγγείλω το συμβάν αρμοδίως, μου απάντησε ότι θα βγάλει την ετικέτα από το παπούτσι. Επισημαίνω ότι δεν είχα καμία διάθεση να αντιδικήσω με τον εν λόγω νεαρό η συμπεριφορά του οποίου ενώπιον μάλιστα της οικογενείας μου και άλλων πελατών ήταν προσβλητική και αντιεπαγγελματική. Τέλος για τα περί "λάθους" που επικαλείσθε σας παραθέτω προς γνώση σας (αν και είστε υποχρεωμένος να τις γνωρίζετε) αλλά και προς γνώση λοιπών καταναλωτών τις σχετικες διατάξεις της Αριθμ. 91354 (ΦΕΚ Β' 2983/30.08.2017) υπουργικής απόφασης με τίτλο " Κωδικοποίηση Κανόνων Διακίνησης και Εμπορίας Προϊόντων και Παροχής Υπηρεσιών (Κανόνες ΔΙ.Ε.Π.Π.Υ.).": Άρθρο 2 παρ.9: Για κάθε προϊόν που πωλείται σε κατάστημα λιανικής πώλησης απαγορεύεται να υπάρχουν ή να προκύπτουν με οποιοδήποτε τρόπο και οπουδήποτε εντός του καταστήματος διαφορετικές τιμές πώλησης. Απαγορεύεται η απαίτηση ή είσπραξη υψηλότερης τιμής από εκείνη που αναγράφεται στις πινακίδες. 14. Στους παραβάτες επιβάλλεται διοικητικό πρόστιμο ως κάτωθι: Α. .... Β. ...... Γ. Για ύπαρξη διαφορετικών τιμών πώλησης ή για υπέρβαση τιμής, βάσει των προβλεπομένων στην παράγραφο 9, χίλια ευρώ (1.000€) ανά κωδικό προϊόντος. Δεν θα σταθώ στο L, καλύπτεις στέγαστρο! Προσωπικά, στο Μ μπαίνω μαζι με την κολλητή μου και υπάρχει χώρος και για ένα SMART... Συμπέρασμα, δεν υπάρχει λόγος ύπαρξης στις προθήκες σας τέτοιων διαστάσεων προϊόντων. s	sulti lzd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη και ειρωνική συμπεριφορά του νεαρού στο ταμείο όταν ζήτησα να κάνω αλλαγή προϊόντος (να σημειώσω ότι το προϊόν φυσικά και δεν είχε χρησιμοποιηθεί). Τελικά, αφού το άλλαξα με δύο προϊόντα για να καλύψω τη διαφορά στην τιμή, το ένα μου το χρέωσε με τιμή διαφορετική από αυτή που αναγραφόταν στο καρτελάκι και μάλιστα άφησε πάνω το αντικλεπτικό. Αναγκάστηκα να ξαναπάω φυσικά. Το θέμα δεν είναι ούτε η παραπάνω χρέωση (γιατί ήταν και δικό μου λάθος που δε μίλησα εκείνη τη στιγμή) αλλά ούτε και το ότι ξεχάστηκε πάνω το αντικλεπτικό, λάθη γίνονται και είναι αποδεκτά. Η συμπεριφορά και το ειρωνικό ύφος είναι αυτά που με αναγκάζουν στην αρνητική κριτική και φυσικά δεν θα ξαναπατήσω στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα.
