★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε να μας εκτυπώσουν τα εισιτήρια για το ταξίδι επιστροφής μας και ο ηλικιωμένος υπάλληλος μας απάντησε με αδιαφορία οτι δεν ξερει να μας τα εκτυπωσει και προσθεσε αν θελουμε ή να περιμένουμε μέχρι να ρθει κάποιος που να ξέρει ή να φύγουμε και να ξαναπάμε άλλη στιγμή. Είπα οτι μένω στα Λουτρά και απάντησε ανέκφραστος "ε, να ξανάρθετε".
Επιλέξαμε να περιμένουμε να ρθει κάποιος ο οποίος ευτυχώς δεν άργησε πολυ και μας εξυπηρέτησε άμεσα.
We went to print our tickets for our return trip and the elderly clerk replied indifferently that he did not know how to print them for us and added if we wanted to or wait until someone came to know or to leave and go again another time. I said that I live in Loutra and he replied expressionless "eh, come again".
We chose to wait for someone to come who fortunately was not long in coming and served us immediately.

Διαφέρει από τα άλλα πρακτορεία, αλλά δεν είναι ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικοί άνθρωποι....
Very nice place.
It differs from other agencies, but they are not very helpful people ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κυρία που εργάζεται στο πρακτορείο φέρθηκε αγενώς και καθόλου βοηθητικά. Μου πήρε το κινητό από τα χέρια για να βρει τον κωδικό κράτησης, χωρίς καν να με ρωτήσει. Κρίμα γιατί η εμπειρία μας στο νησί κατά τα άλλα ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και από ότι κατάλαβα ήταν το μοναδικό πρακτορείο που μπορούσε να εξυπηρετήσει.
The lady who works in the agency was rude and not at all helpful. He took my cell phone from my hands to find the reservation code, without even asking me. Too bad because our experience on the island was otherwise very pleasant and from what I understood it was the only agency that could serve.
