Tutto viene organizzato in modo eccellente dal trasferimento dall'aeroporto al porto del Pireo, all'alloggio, al noleggio dello scooter o della macchina. Ά	Άρτεμις Δουραμπεη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σχεδόν 100 ευρώ το βράδυ για ένα σπιτάκι που ήμασταν 2 άτομα σε εποχή covid , ρώτησα αν παρέχει air condition μου είπαν ναι , το οποίο όταν φτάσαμε είδα ότι είναι στο σαλόνι ... μας ενημέρωσε τηλεφωνικά ότι λόγω κορονοϊού δεν θα καθαριστεί το δωμάτιο όσο μένουμε αλλά αν θελουμε μπορούμε τη Τρίτη μέρα να το ζητήσουμε έστω για πετσέτες και σεντόνια . Τελικά ούτε αυτό δεν ισχυε! Επισης ο άνθρωπος μας είπε είναι δίπλα από το λιμάνι ενώ δεν είναι ., το μόνο καλό ήταν η θέα , τίποτα άλλο , δεν θα το πρότεινα. Almost 100 euros per night for a house that we were 2 people in covid era, I asked if it provides air condition they said yes, which when we arrived I saw that it is in the living room ... he informed us by phone that due to coronavirus the room will not be cleaned while we stay but if we want we can ask for it on the third day even for towels and sheets. In the end, that was not the case either! Also the man told us it is next to the port while it is not., The only good thing was the view, nothing else, I would not recommend it.
V	Vagelis Ntavantzis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επιλέξαμε κατάλυμα (διαμέρισμα για οικογένεια με 2 παιδιά) στο Λιβάδι Σερίφου μέσω του Serifos Travel Services, έπειτα από φωτογραφίες που είδαμε και περιγραφή σύμφωνα με την οποία επρόκειτο για "Δωμάτια μοντέρνα με ρομαντικές πινελιές, λειτουργικά με όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις και με θέα στα καταγάλανα νερά του Αιγαίου" προς 120€ ανά διανυκτέρευση. 1) Το δίχωρο αυτό διαμέρισμα των 120€ ήταν εν μέρει κλιματιζόμενο καθώς διέθετε κλιματισμό μόνο στο ένα δωμάτιο. Η μισή οικογένεια λοιπόν έλιωνε από τη ζέστη, καθώς τύχαμε πάνω σε καύσωνα. Στην προσπάθειά μας να αφήσουμε ανοιχτά τα παράθυρα να δημιουργηθεί ρεύμα, διαπιστώσαμε πως δεν υπήρχαν σίτες, με αποτέλεσμα σε λιγότερο από μισή ώρα, στο διαμέρισμα να κυκλοφορούν πάνω από 10 μύγες. Η απάντηση του γραφείου ..."πουθενά δεν αναφέρεται στην ιστοσελίδα μας για τις παροχές του διαμερίσματος ότι θα βρείτε 2 κλιματιστικά στα διαμερίσματα... Γράφουμε, ότι υπάρχει κλιματισμός στο διαμέρισμα και έτσι πραγματικά είναι... δυστυχώς οι σίτες δεν είναι μέσα στις παροχές που διαφημίζουμε" 2) Η τηλεόραση στο διαμέρισμα των 120€ συντονιζόταν μόνο σε 2 τοπικά κανάλια, ενημερώσαμε το γραφείο, το οποίο μας απάντησε ότι πλήρωσε επίσκεψη ηλεκτρολόγου για να τσεκάρει την κεραία, παρόλα αυτά εμείς συνεχίζαμε να μην έχουμε σήμα και το γραφείο συνέχισε να νομίζει ότι έλυσε το πρόβλημα.. μετά από 3 μέρες το αναφέραμε στην καθαρίστρια, για μια μέρα λειτούργησαν μόνο τα ιδιωτικά κανάλια (όχι η ΕΡΤ), την επόμενη πάλι εξαφανίστηκαν και μείναμε με τα τοπικά, αλλά δεν ασχοληθήκαμε περαιτέρω, το γραφείο φαντάζομαι θα νομίζει ότι έχει λύσει το πρόβλημα.... Να δούμε τί θα πει ο επόμενος! Μας έκανε εντύπωση πάντως ότι ο κος Αντωνακόπουλος δεν μπήκε στον κόπο να επισκεφθεί το δωμάτιο για να ελέγξει όλα τα παραπάνω. Αντί αυτού, μας έκανε μια πρόταση.. να αφήσουμε το διαμέρισμα, αφού δε μας κάλυπτε και να ψάξουμε κάτι άλλο (καλύτερο) στο νησί εξοφλώντας μόνο τις ημέρες που μείναμε, γνωρίζοντας ο ίδιος βέβαια πολύ καλά (αφού είναι η δουλειά του) ότι αυτήν την περίοδο δεν υπήρχε κάποιο άλλο διαθέσιμο κατάλυμα στο νησί, που να εξυπηρετεί τις ημερομηνίες αυτές. Αντί λοιπόν να προσπαθήσει να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να προβεί σε διορθώσεις, αυτός ουσιαστικά μας έδειξε την πόρτα της εξόδου. Αν δεν είχαμε μικρά παιδιά μαζί μας, σίγουρα αυτό θα πράτταμε. Γεγονός που γνώριζε και μιλούσε από θέση ισχύος. Οι άνθρωποι του γραφείου αυτού έχουν τον επαγγελματισμό, τους τρόπους και τη "μαγκιά" που τους επιτρέπεται σε αυτήν την χώρα. Σε σοβαρά κράτη με θεσμούς που λειτουργούν, προφανώς δε θα έκαναν αυτήν τη δουλειά! Εμείς φταίμε σε τελική ανάλυση που τους επιλέγουμε! Θέλει προσοχή παιδιά! Να γυρνάμε την πλάτη σε τέτοια "μαγαζιά"! We chose accommodation (apartment for a family with 2 children) in Livadi Serifos through Serifos Travel Services, after photos we saw and a description according to which it was "Modern rooms with romantic touches, functional with all modern comforts and overlooking the deep blue Aegean waters "to 120 € per night. 1) This two room apartment of 120 € was partially air conditioned as it had air conditioning in only one room. So half the family was melting from the heat, as we happened to be in the heat. In our attempt to leave the windows open to generate electricity, we found that there were no screens, with the result that in less than half an hour, more than 10 flies circulated in the apartment. The answer of the office ... "nowhere is mentioned on our website about the facilities of the apartment that you will find 2 air conditioners in the apartments ... We write that there is air conditioning in the apartment and that's how it really is ... unfortunately screens are not in the benefits we advertise " 2) The TV in the apartment of 120 € was tuned only to 2 local channels, we informed the office, which replied that it paid an visit to an electrician to check the antenna, however we still did not have a signal and the office continued to think that it solved the problem .. after 3 days we reported it to the cleaner, for one day only the private channels (not ERT) worked, the next day they disappeared again and we stayed with the local ones, but we did not deal further, I imagine the office will think it has solved the problem .... Let's see what the next one will say! However, we were impressed that Mr. Antonakopoulos did not bother to visit the room to check all the above. Instead, he made us a proposal .. to leave the apartment, since it did not cover us and to look for something else (better) on the island paying only the days we stayed, knowing of course very well (since it is his job) that this at that time there was no other accommodation available on the island to serve these dates. So instead of trying to serve us and make corrections, he actually showed us the exit door. If we did not have small children with us, we would definitely do that. A fact he knew and spoke from a position of power. The people in this office have the professionalism, the manners and the "magic" allowed in this country. In serious states with functioning institutions, they obviously would not do this job! It is our fault in the final analysis that we choose them! He wants attention guys! To turn our backs on such "shops"!

Tramite questa agezia abbiamo soggiornato in un comodo monolocale a 2 passi dal mare .. confortevole e sempre in ordine (un grazie alla sorridente Marietta). Pronti nel rispondere ad ogni esigenza ci hanno contagiato nell'amare Serifos. Consigliatissimi! Professionalism and cordiality combined with passion and love for the island are the ingredients for a perfect holiday! Through this age we stayed in a comfortable studio apartment 2 steps from the sea .. comfortable and always in order (thanks to the smiling Marietta). Ready to respond to every need, they infected us in loving Serifos. Consigliatissimi!
