B	Barbara J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid the place for PCR test!!! Bioclinic is one of the COVID test centers recommended by Aegean airlines but not prepared to support that. When arriving at test center we have been redirected from one person to another couple of times. It was not clear who shall made the PCR test. I had to give the same information twice, one online when booking the test and then again the exactly same when arriving to test center. The person taking the personal details made a mistake in email address so my husband did not get the results. I gave the same address for myself and him. For me it was correct, for him they made a mistake. I had to call clinic (25 min waiting time) to get it solved and have the results send. Lots of unnecessary stress.
D	Daniel Törnqvist on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About the covid-19 test for traveling back home. I took this clinic via partnership with Aegan Airlines. I wanted to ask what time is my appointment as it was between 14-15. So I didn't get through the reception with English and I was in a queue for over 30 minutes until looking up online bad reviews. I started to doubt whether I get results in time so then I called again to cancel my appointment and ask for a refund and I bounced back and forth forever between people. Nobody cared to listen to me as a customer. I don't still know will I get a refund so I might have to take it up with my credit card company in the end and refuse to pay it. Please save your end of vacation and avoid this clinic.

Accutally passed to the next day without signs of it), I needed to call to them and after a lot of tries and minutes waiting I realized that they had the correct email so no excuses for this. For me it was very irresponsible, Nowadays we need this results to many thinks like taking a flight.

The amount of PCR/rapid testing traffic directed at this hospital through its partnership with Aegean Airlines isn't managed well at all. Too many people who had pre-booked and prepaid were processed at a glacial speed while queuing outside in the hot sun. I've had 8 PCRs done before and this was no PCR; the technician just took a quick swab of the back of my throat, which is at best just a rapid test (but still cost 8,000 air miles / €80). The "PCR" results, however, arrived within 24hrs over email.
A	Ashlyne Aquino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star because I can’t put 0. Staff are extremely rude, also seemed to be understaffed since the service is so slow. If you could avoid this clinic, pls do yourself a favor and don’t go.

We live 2 hours away and wasn't sure what I was getting myself into... as I too work in a similar center but in Tripoli. Went the day before my op, for the tests, the receptionist was helpful even after getting spoken rudely by the previous person. The nurses were really informative to all the tests I was doing and that took less than 1hour. Op done went to the room, clean, spacious. The nurses very helpful. Because I live 2hours from Athens. The paper work from the hospital had to get mailed to me.. as I had to leave as soon as I got discharged, due to the weather. The hospital sent the paper work the very next day. With a courier. I received them a day later.. (normally you would wait a week) I'm very pleased with the service I received and the attention I was give as a patient. Yes parking is a issue.Thats the only negative remark I have to give.

I didn’t receive it on time, had to call 3 times for them to send it to me and then, when I finally get it, they send it to me in Greek, which I can’t use. 2 hours later I’m having the kind people of Turkish airlines translate it for me and I’m still waiting for this irresponsible lab to send the right copy. They still haven’t. It could have made me lose my flight. Avoid!

Thorough and efficient examination and test results. I’m impressed and I highly recommend Dr. Vlahakos. Thank you.
