L	Let them Eat cake on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No email address that works. No response from email provided. No online service to obtain results, so you sit waiting for email, when email address has been captured incorrectly by them!! Avoid, avoid avoid- for all tourists, go somewhere else!!!!
m	mostafa saber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most annoying experience ever , employees there really need to learn the basics of customer service, i made PCR test and i called them for more than 10 times to get the results, they don’t send emails, eveytime they confirm that they sent it but i never received anything, i had to go to the hospital to take it , i was about to lose my flight because of them , call center agents were literally shouting at me. Please don’t use this hospital if you want to catch ur flight
C	Christos Giarlelis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all parking was easy which made the whole experience go very smoothly. The staff is very polite and know very well what to do. The procedures are followed and the patients get full information. Last but not least, I found the ambiance very relaxing.
B	Brian Rangel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $120 for 2 PCR tests yet they messed up the email with my friend’s form. I wanted to double check my information like she did with my friend & he corrected the mistake when it happened but I was told to go to lab so she could get to the next client. I did what I was told and got the swabs done, the lab said I needed to go back to reception if there’s a clerical mistake. It wasn’t until I was given back the receipt at lab that I got a chance to check on my email which, not to my surprise, was wrong. A line for the reception had formed at this point. Be prepared to have an incompetent & rude staff waste your time for an hour. The brunette Eva in reception even had the audacity to hide her badge when we came back to fix her mistake for the 2nd time. If you’re going here make sure you double check everything for them because the staff can’t be expected to have any clerical or customer service skills. P.S. I work in a clinic as a receptionist for 5 yrs now, I have never seen anyone scoff at a patient over a wrong email that was their fault(we wrote it for her in a piece of paper 2x) Good day.
M	Maria C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made two phone calls, one to book an appointment for a rapid test which went well and another to ask why we hadn't received the email with the results. The second lady on the phone sounded in a rush and ended up being impolite and slightly rude probably because of time pressure. We had given them the wrong email but we were reassured that the result would be emailed to us once they corrected the email. But they never did send it. We also never received a text with a code that we would need to view the email. We had to take the bus again to go get it ourselves which we did after standing in a long queue for over 45 minutes. Good thing the flight wasn't scheduled hours after the test or we'd have missed it.

IF YOU ARE A PERSON WHO BOOKED A FIT TO FLY TEST AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, IT'S A HYGIENE ATOMIC BOMB. FIRSTLY YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE WHICH IS SENSIBLE, TO END UP IN A QUEUE WITH PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALREADY COVID SIMPSONS AND THEY ARE THERE TO CONFIRM THEIR COVID INFECTION. REALLY SHAMBOLIC FOR A PRIVATE CLINIC LIKE THAT TO MIX PEOPLE, I DON'T KNOW WHY THERE ARE COVID MEASURES IN GREECE, WHEN THIS PLACE DOES NOT RESPECT THEM
