Στο υποκατάστημα σας στην Σίνδο Θεσσαλονίκης, έκανε PCR. 18/1 Βγαίνει θετικός! 40€ Αμέσως 19/11έκανε rabid test .. αρνητικός! Ξανακάνει rabid test .... αρνητικός! 10€ ξανακάνει 19/1 PCR ΑΡΝΗΤΙΚΟΣ 40€ Σήμερα 20/1 τα αποτελέσματα. Σύμβουλος τού Στρατού μας λέει ότι δεν γίνεται να παρουσιαστεί.και δεν έφυγε καθόλου για το κέντρο τού Στρατού. Το πρωί έτρεχα στο φρουραρχείο.για τα χαρτιά του (υπάρχει πρόστιμο) και πήρε αναβολή. m	marianna komvoki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για να κλείσω ραντεβού για ακτίνα και μου είπαν μετά ένα μήνα εκτός και αν είχα και αιματολογικές να κάνω οπότε μου είπαν πως θα με εξυπηρετήσουν άμεσα.αυτο είναι κοροϊδία.δηλαδη μόνο για ακτίνα δεν είχαν κοντινά ραντεβού .και δεν έφτανε αυτό. Αφού έκλεισα λοιπόν για ένα μήνα μετά με πήραν λίγες μέρες πριν το ραντεβού να μου πουν ότι είχε χαλάσει το μηχάνημα της ακτινογραφίας οπότε δε θα μπορούσα να κάνω την ακτίνα. Ρώτησα αν μπορούν να πάρουν το παραπεμπτικό τουλάχιστον και να την κάνω όταν γίνει η ζημιά για να μη ξαναμπαινω στη διαδικασία έκδοσης νέου. Μου είπαν ότι δε μπορούν και απλά με έστελναν σε αλλο κατάστημα τους στην άλλη άκρη.καμια εξυπηρέτηση ενώ το πρόβλημα ήταν δικό τους. T	Thanasis P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καθόλου καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Χθες έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο όλη μέρα και δεν έπιασα γραμμή (μου είχαν στην αναμονή) και μόλις σήμερα απάντησαν. Ρώτησα μετά από θετικό μοριακό τέστ αν έχω κολλήσει την μετάλλαξη όμικρον και η απάντηση του ήταν "έχει σημασία αν είναι η μετάλλαξη όμικρον η κάποια άλλη;" Τον ρώτησα επίσης πως γνωρίζει η κυβέρνηση πόσες μεταλλάξεις όμικρον υπάρχουν αφού δεν βγαίνει από το μοριακό. Η απάντηση ήταν : Ρωτήστε τον ΕΟΔΥ. Πρώτον: Αν είναι μετάλλαξη όμικρον κάθεσαι καραντίνα 5 μέρες και όχι 10 μέρες όπως τα άλλα. Δεύτερον: Είναι πιο ήπια τα συμπτώματα και δύσκολα μπαίνεις στη ΜΕΘ. Αυτό που μ'εκνευριζει είναι ότι έχω παχυσαρκία, ζάχαρο και άσθμα και με αντιμετωπίζουν σαν να είναι δημόσια υπηρεσία. Κρίμα. Not good service at all. Χρειάστηκε να μεταβώ με την 6 χρόνη κόρη μου για μοριακό έλεγχο pcr βραδιάτικα και επειδή είχε υψηλό πυρετό, οι εργαζόμενοι εκεί, με την σύμφωνη γνώμη των παρευρισκομένων που περίμεναν στην ουρά, αμέσως και χωρίς να το ζητήσω μου έδωσαν προτεραιότητα. Επίσης και κατά τη δειγματολειψία, οι υπεύθυνες κυρίες έκαναν τη μικρή να νιώσει άνετα, δεν καταλαβε το παραμικρό και ένιωσε δυνατή που πέρασε αυτό που στο παιδικό της μυαλό φαινόταν μια δοκιμασία ενώ είναι απλά σαν το self test του σχολείου. Καλή δύναμη, συνεχίστε έτσι.... Flawless service amid a record number of covid cases. Κ	Κωνσταντίνος Μποσκος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με λένε Δημήτριο Μπόσκο του Κωνσταντίνου, βγάζουν επίτηδες θετικά pcr test καθαρά για χρηματικό σκοπό και όχι από λάθος γιατί έκανα pcr στις 3/1/2022 και το βράδυ με βγάλανε θετικό παρόλο που ήθελα να ταξιδέψω στο εξωτερικό και την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα είχα δύο αρνητικά ράπιντ και ένα αρνητικό σελφ, καθώς επίσης και άλλο ένα αρνητικό ράπιντ το απόγευμα που με βγάλανε θετικό. γιατί τον αδερφό μου τον βγάλανε αρνητικό ενώ την ίδια ώρα κάναμε το pcr και τους ρώτησα γιατί δεν βγήκε το αποτέλεσμα του αδερφού μου είπαν ότι εκείνος είναι στην άλλη παρτίδα, στα αρνητικά δηλαδή. Απαράδεκτοι στο κισσέ. Τρομερά εριστικοί. Την επόμενη μέρα πήγα σε ένα σοβαρό διαγνωστικό κέντρο έκανα 2 pcr και μέχρι το βράδυ είχαν βγει αρνητικά και έτσι και μπόρεσα να φύγω αν και με καθυστέρηση 3 ημερών. Επίσης, όταν πήγαμε να κάνουμε παράπονα για το θετικό αποτέλεσμα, μας απάντησαν χαρακτηριστικά: > Να δούμε τι θα πουν όταν τους πάει η μήνυση. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας... Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι ότι δεν υπάρχει συνεννόηση στην αποστολή των εξετάσεων. Κάθε φορά που πηγαίνω, ζητάω να μου στείλουν τα αποτελέσματα μέσω email. Το email μου το είχα δώσει την 1η φορά και το έχουν κρατημένο με τα στοιχεία μου. Δεν μου έχουν στείλει ποτέ τα αποτελέσματα όμως. Κάθε φορά πρέπει να παίρνω τηλέφωνο να τους το θυμίσω και μου λένε "Ναι, σας τα στέλνουμε αμέσως". Στις 19/04 πήγα πάλι να κάνω εξετάσεις και ζήτησα τα αποτελέσματα να σταλθούν με email. Το ζητάω στην κυρία που ήταν στην γραμματεία (μια ξανθιά) και μου λέει ότι θα τα στείλουν. Και ακολουθεί ο εξής διάλογος. - Χωρίς, παρεξήγηση, κάθε φορά το ζητάω και δε μου τα στέλνετε ποτέ, μόνο αν σας πάρω τηλέφωνο για υπενθύμιση. Είναι εφικτό να το σημειώσετε ώστε να τα έχω σίγουρα; - Μάλλον δεν έχει τύχει να σας εξυπηρετήσω εγώ στο παρελθόν, εφόσον θέλετε να τα στείλουμε, θα τα στείλουμε. (Και γελούσε με τη διπλανή που ήταν στη γραμματεία, ότι θα το σημειώσουν και δε θα το ξεχάσουν) Και φυσικά, δε τα έστειλαν ΠΟΤΕ. Έπρεπε να πάρω πάλι τηλέφωνο για υπενθύμιση. Σε άλλα διαγνωστικά της περιοχής, μία φορά το λες και το τηρούν. Ζητάς αποτελέσματα μέσω email, θα τα έχεις μέσω email, είναι δεδομένο ότι δε θα πάρεις τηλέφωνο για υπενθύμιση. Γι' αυτόν τον λόγο τα 4 αστέρια, αντί για 5. Κατά τ' άλλα, είναι εξαιρετικοί στη δουλειά τους! I have had to do blood tests several times in this laboratory. D	Diogenis Gkikas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά απο ένα θετικό σελφ τεστ, αποφάσισα να πάω για pcr με τις λιγοστές δυνάμεις που είχα λόγω συμπτωμάτων του COVID στο κοντινότερο διαγνωστικό. Φτάνοντας, αντικρυσα μια ουρά τουλάχιστον 40 ατόμων. Θεώρησα πως περίμεναν για rapid όμως ρώτησα και μου εξήγησαν πως «οταν ανεβαινει το ιικό φορτίο αυτές οι ουρές σχηματίζονται». Και ρωτώ, τι φταινε οι γύρω μου που ενώ ξέρω οτι είμαι θετικός ενδεχομενως να κολλήσουν και οι υπολοιποι; Επίσης, γιατί να μην υπάρχει άμεση εξυπηρέτηση σε περιστατικά όπως εμείς που η ατονία δε μας επιτρέπει να μενουμε για ώρα ορθιοι στην ουρά; Φυσικά μάζεψα τις δυνάμεις μου και πήγα στο διαγνωστικό κέντρο που πηγαίνω ανέκαθεν όπου και έγινε η δουλειά μου. I thought they were waiting for rapid but I asked and they explained that "when the viral load goes up these queues are formed".
