Η εκτιμώμενη ώρα παραλαβής ήταν έως 24 ώρες λόγω φόρτου εργασίας , και τα έλαβα στις 7 ώρες. Εξαιρετικές και οι κύριες στο κιόσκι που κάνουν τα τεστ ! I especially appreciate the fact that I took priority in the results of molecular tests, due to pregnancy in a critical week. Estimated pick-up time was up to 24 hours due to workload, and I received them at 7 hours. The ladies in the kiosk who do the tests are also excellent!
M	MarthaDoumá on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σας εξηγώ εν τάχει τι γίνεται: Έχει στηθεί έξω από το κτίριο του διαγνωστικού μια καμπίνα kibo, έχει δύο κοπέλες μέσα, η μια καταχωρεί τα στοιχεία και η άλλη κάνει το τεστ. Πήγα σήμερα Κυριακή, όταν έφτασα γινόταν πανικός! Περίμεναν πολλά ατομα με και χωρις ραντεβού σε μια σειρά χωρίς αποστάσεις. Υπάρχει ένα τραπεζάκι με έγγραφα που πρέπει να συμπληρώσουν όλοι με τα βασικά στοιχεία, email, AMKA κτλ Η μία από τις δύο κοπέλες έβγαινε έξω οπότε μπορούσε για να δίνει κάποιες οδηγίες και να καταλάβουμε κ εμείς τι γίνεται! Τραγικό που δεν έχουν βάλει ένα τρίτο άτομο να καθοδηγεί τον κόσμο αντίθετα τις πέταξαν εκεί μόνες τους να ταλαιπωρούνται κ να ταλαιπωρούμαστε κ μεις! Εγώ είχα ραντεβού στις 10:30, όταν πήγα μου είπε κύριος (που είχε ραντεβού στις 9:00) ότι περίμενε στην ουρά γιατί έτσι του είπαν, είχε μπροστά του άτομα χωρίς ραντεβού που πέρασαν πρώτα με αποτέλεσμα να εξυπηρετηθεί μια ώρα αργότερα. Άρα αν πάτε πρώτον κλείστε ραντεβού και δεύτερον όσο είστε εκεί επειδή δεν υπάρχει καμία οργάνωση συνεννοήθειτε με τους υπολοίπους για να βρείτε τη σειρά σας! Αυτοί με τα ραντεβού προηγούνται υποτίθεται αλλά δέχονται κανονικά και αυτούς που δεν έχουν. Πολύ κρίμα γιατί είναι μεγάλος όμιλος και θα έπρεπε να είναι καλύτερα οργανωμένοι. Στο τηλέφωνο μου είπαν 20€ για ραπίντ αλλά πλήρωσα 10€. Καλή υπομονή σε όσους το επιλέξετε και φυσικά στις εργαζόμενες που πάντα αυτές πληρώνουν τα σπασμένα! Όμως... δεν δούλευε το πιν για να το ανοίξω!, αναγκάστηκα να ξαναπάω για να μου το εκτυπώσουν. Το πιν δούλεψε το βράδυ! εκείνης της μέρας..... Έξτρα χρέωση για τη δειγματοληψία, ενώ σε άλλη βιοϊατρική χρεώνεται μόνο η εξέταση.... Δεν συστήνεται το συγκεκριμένο.... T	Tzeni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΤΡΑΓΙΚΕΣ αιματολογικό με ‘γιατρό’ ένα 20χρονο κοριτσάκι.πήγα μόλις τον 10ετων γιο μου που φοβάται τν βελόνα κ σε όλο τν δρόμο τον διαβεβαίωνα ότι ξέρουν τν δουλεια τους…με αποτέλεσμα να λέω από τν ρεσεπσιον σε παρακαλώ έχω θέμα γιατί φοβάται και να με διαβεβαιώνει ότι είναι καλή γιατρός. εντέλει τον τρύπησε αφού έψαχνε πόση ώρα φλέβα δεν πήρε αιμα έβγαζε μπουρμπουλήθρες από τον αέρα πόση ώρα κ το παιδί πονούσε…μετά ρωτούσε έμενα τι να κάνουμε…..αν θέλω να δοκιμάσει δλδ κ στο άλλο χερι. t	tereza kyrou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέχρι σήμερα δεν είχαμε κάποιο ιδιαίτερο πρόβλημα αλλά σήμερα που πήγε ο σύζυγος μου να κάνει εργαστηριακό έλεγχο ( επειδή έχει ποσοστό αναπηρίας 87% πάντα έχει μηδενική συμμετοχή ) του ζήτησαν να το πληρώσει . Όχι μόνο το ποσοστό αλλά ολόκληρο το ποσό γιατί λέει δε μετράει το παραπεμπτικό αλλιώς να επικοινωνήσει με το γιατρό του και αναγκάστηκε να το πληρώσει γιατί δεν έβγαζε άκρη με την άσχετη υπάλληλο. Ένα παραπεμπτικό που το δίνει εδώ και τόσα χρόνια χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα σε όλα τα μικροβιολογικά εργαστήρια ακόμη και στο ίδιο. Προφανώς δεν ήξερε ότι σε αυτή την περίπτωση έπρεπε να ανοίξει άλλη καρτέλα αλλά το εκνευριστικο ήταν ότι επέμενε ότι έχει δίκιο η ίδια. Καλό είναι να εκπαιδευετε σωστά τους υπαλλήλους σας και αν δεν γνωρίζουν να ρωτάνε καμία παλιά για να μην ταλαιπωρουν τους ασθενείς-πελάτες. Πήγα, ήμουν 20 λεπτά στο γκισέ γιατί η κοπέλα ήταν προφανώς καινουρια και δεν ήξερε καλά καλά να χειριστεί ούτε το pos, αλλά οκ... Μετά από αλλά 20 λεπτά αναμονή να δώσω αίμα, μου λένε ότι μπορούσα ως τις 5,αλλα δεν το ήξεραν νωρίτερα να με ενημερωσουν. Αφού λοιπόν ξαναπήγα, ζήτησα να σταλούν ηλεκτρονικα τα αποτελέσματα, είπαν ότι δε γίνεται (κι άλλη καινούρια κοπέλα), ενώ μέχρι τώρα τα έστελναν χωρίς πρόβλημα. Με τα χίλια ζόρια για να με ξεφορτωθούν, μου είπαν "αν δεν τα στείλουμε θα έρθετε να τα πάρετε". Φυσικά δεν τα έστειλαν ποτέ. Γενικά η συμπεριφορά τους είναι του ξεπεταγματος, δεν θα ξαναπάω. Μεγάλη ασυνέπεια στον χρόνο παραλαβής αποτελεσμάτων, μη σωστά εκπαιδευμένο προσωπικό και λάθη ασυνεννοησίας που ταλαιπωρούν τον κόσμο. Until a few days ago I had no complaints.
