Δεν γνωρίζω για τα υπόλοιπα υποκαταστήματα του ομίλου, αλλά το συγκεκριμένο δίνει τεράστια σημασία στον άνθρωπο χωρίς να δίνει σημασία στη χρονική διάρκεια που αφιερώνει για καθέναν από εμάς ξεχωριστά. Ενδεικτικά αναφέρω πως η δειγματοληψία ενός rapid test διαρκεί κυριολεκτικά 15-20 λεπτά ανά άτομο. Σε ουρά 8 ατόμων δηλαδή η μέση αναμονή είναι μόνο 2-2.5 ώρες! Μπράβο τους και πάλι, εξαιρετική δουλειά!1!!1!11 A really great diagnostic center that cares so much about its customers. A	ATHANASIOS HATZOPOULOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι κύριες στην υποδοχή ήταν πάρα πολλή ευγενικές,η εξυπηρέτηση άμεση και μάλιστα για ραντεβού μαγνητικής μου έκλεισαν για την άλλην μέρα κιόλας. Η εξυπηρέτηση στον τομέα της μαγνητικής εξαιρετική από την κυρία. Ευγενική και να εξηγήσει για κάθε κίνηση που έπρεπε να γίνει ώστε να διεκπεραιωθεί η μαγνητική. Ως προς το θέμα των αποτελεσμάτων της μαγνητικής εκεί πιστεύω ότι υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα διότι άμα βάλω και το Σ/Κ μέσα έκαναν πέντε μέρες να μου τα δώσουν. Τ	Τριανταφυλλος Κυλινδρης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά της γραμματείας καθώς: α. δεν απαντάει κανείς το τηλέφωνο αν δεν περάσουν τουλάχιστον 10 λεπτά αναμονής και ενώ περιμένεις τόσο για να μιλήσεις με κάποιον ξαφνικά εκεί που χαίρεσαι γιατί επιτέλους σου απάντησε κάποιος, σου το κλείνουν. (έγινε 3 φορές σε εμένα). β. ενώ είχαμε συμφωνήσει να μου στείλουν τα αποτελέσματα pet c.t. που έγιναν Τετάρτη και θα έβγαιναν την Παρασκευή το βράδυ, με κούριερ (με αντικαταβολή) και ενώ είχε προπληρωθεί η εξέταση δεν έπραξαν κάτι τέτοιο και στα τηλεφωνήματα μου έλεγαν ψέματα ότι τα έστειλαν, ενώ η εταιρεία κούριερ που συνεργάζονται μου είπε ότι δεν παρέλαβαν τίποτα από εκεί για να μου τα στείλουν! Και μιλάμε για θέματα υγείας (ζωής και θανάτου). Ντροπή τους!!! (done 3 times to me). b. while we had agreed to send me the pet c.t. which took place on Wednesday night and would come out on Friday night, by courier (cash on delivery) and while the examination had been prepaid they did not do so and in the phone calls they lied that they sent them, while the courier company that cooperated told me that they did not receive anything there to send them to me! And we are talking about health issues (life and death). Shame on them!!!
Γ	Γιώργος Δημητριάδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο. Έχω πάει και στην Ερμού και στην Επτάλοφος και στην Μητροπόλεως. Όλα πάντα μια χαρά Εδώ στην Καλαμαριά δυο φορές για την ίδια εξέταση και η δουλειά δεν έγινε. Την πρώτη φορά υποτίθεται ότι δεν βρίσκανε αν την εξέταση (στεφανογραφια) την πληρώνει η ασφάλεια μου η όχι. Φεύγω μιλάω με την ασφάλεια μου και διορθώνουν το λάθος. Κλείνω πάλι ραντεβού(μετά από δυο μήνες είχαν ελεύθερο ) πάω μια ώρα πιο νωρίς όπως μου είπαν στο τηλεφωνώ. Παίρνω σειρά προτεραιότητας από την μια κοπέλα. Μετά με φωνάζει μια άλλη κοπέλα για να μου πει ότι περιμένει έγκριση από την ασφάλεια μου, όλα οκ έως εδώ, και όταν πλησιάζει η ώρα μου καμία κίνηση να με φωνάξουν και καπια στιγμή (μετά από 15 λεπτά) βλέπουν ξανά τα έγραφα τους και μου λένε ότι άργησα και δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμο ραντεβού. Τους λέω Μια ώρα είμαι εδώ Μου δώσατε αρ. Προτεραιότητας Με φωνάξετε για να επιβεβαιώσετε ότι το καλύπτει η ασφαλιστική Κάθομαι 3 μέτρα μακριά σας (1,90 είμαι) και μου λέτε ότι τώρα με βλέπετε και ότι εχω αργήσει? Έλεος ρε κορίτσια Φυσικά έκλεισα άλλου να κάνω την εξέταση

I	Ioanna Ch. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unacceptable in the way they perform the COVID tests. Sampling is done outside the clinic, from a detachable kiosk that houses only the two employees, while the people/patients wait in a long queue AT THE PAVEMENT (blocking the movement of other pedestrians), without safety distances (due to the crowd), in the cold or in the rain. The pre-sampling form is completed on a small table out there, without distances again, since up to 3 people can stand around the same table at the same time to complete their forms (at least that's what happened when I was there). Even if you don't have COVID, you might get it there, under these circumstances! Samples are not tested at this unit, but are sent to the central unit at V.Olgas-Martiou St., so the results take longer to be delivered (up to 24 hours). And for all this unacceptable treatment towards potentially sick people and lack of proper safety measures, they are not ashamed to charge 60 euros for a PCR-test! They even had the nerve to suggest that if I wanted to have my results in about 3-4 hours, there was this option at a higher charge (something around 110 euros, if I remember correctly)! Yeah, sure, I would pay you a small fortune to wait outside in the cold, so close to other people who are there to confirm if they have COVID!!
