★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με πολύ μεγάλη καθυστέρηση κ αφού διαμαρτυρήθηκα είπαν ότι χάλασε το μηχάνημα της μαστογραφίας κ με έβαλαν την επόμενη μέρα σε υποκατάστημα τους.Ταλαιπωρια !
With a very long delay and after I protested they said that the mammography machine broke down and they put me in their branch the next day. Suffering!

Ήθελα ένα pcr για να κάνω αύριο μια επέμβαση και παρόλο που τους παρακάλεσα μου είπαν θα πάρω τα αποτελέσματα το Μεγάλο Σάββατο (καθ’ ότι την Παρασκευή θα ήταν κλειστά ) Πελάτης από την πρώτη μέρα που άνοιξε ! Φυσικά πήγα σε άλλο διαγνωστικό κέντρο όπου με εξυπηρέτησαν άψογα !
Unacceptable! I wanted a pcr to do an operation tomorrow and although I asked them they told me I will get the results on Holy Saturday (since it would be closed on Friday) Customer from the first day it opened! Of course I went to another diagnostic center where they served me perfectly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καθαροί χώροι σε ένα καινούριο κτίριο, μεγάλη οργάνωση παρόλο την μόλις τριετή λειτουργία του συγκεκριμένου υποκαταστήματος, πραγματοποίηση εξετάσεων με προγραμματισμένα ραντεβού για να μην υπάρχει συνωστισμός, πολύ έμπειρο ιατρικό προσωπικό, πολύ καλές τιμές σε σχέση και με άλλων εταιριών διαγνωστικά κέντρα και με φιλική εξυπηρέτηση τόσο από το ιατρικό όσο και από το διοικητικό προσωπικό.
Very clean spaces in a new building, great organization despite the three-year operation of this branch, conducting examinations with scheduled appointments to avoid overcrowding, very experienced medical staff, very good prices compared to other companies diagnostic centers and friendly service both medical and administrative staff.

Lately I have noticed an increase in staff at the reception, polite and communicative in their majority. Inform in a timely manner about the results with courtesy and professionalism. I hope they continue like this !!!
