Very comfortable and mostly clean space..With rich and well maintained equipment. Specialized, responsible and very friendly staff. Definitely one of the special gyms of Achaia.

A	Apostolos Karagelis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικό γυμναστήριο με εκπληκτικό προσωπικό και πολύ καλά και σύγχρονα όργανα. Αποτελείται από δύο ορόφους κάτι που το κάνει εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο και με πολλά μηχανήματα. Στον κάτω όροφο υπάρχουν τα αποδυτήρια ανδρών γυναικών (τεράστια και πολύ οργανωμένα) και τρεις χώροι για διάφορα προγράμματα, ενώ στον πάνω είναι τα όργανα. Απευθύνεται σε αυτούς που θέλουν να γυμναστούν έχοντας επαγγελματίες προπονητές πάνω από το κεφάλι τους για να μπορούν να τους συμβουλεύονται και να βελτιώνονται συνεχώς. Έχει πληθώρα προγραμμάτων που μπορεί κάποιος να συμμετέχει. Δεν είναι το γυμναστήριο με τα 20€ τον χρόνο που θα είσαι μόνος σου ή με κανέναν με άσχετη ειδικότητα (και φυσικά επικίνδυνο) και θα μαζευτεί εκεί όλος ο κόσμος και δεν θα βρίσκετε όχι διάδρομο αλλά ούτε λάστιχο... Όποιος ενδιαφέρεται για σοβαρή προπόνηση καλό ειναι να κάνει μια δοκιμή. Excellent gym with amazing staff and very good and modern instruments. It consists of two floors which make it extremely spacious and with many machines. On the lower floor there are women's dressing rooms (huge and very organized) and three spaces for various programs, while the upper ones are the instruments. It is aimed at those who want to train with professional coaches over their heads to be able to consult and improve them continuously. It has plenty of programs that one can join. It is not the 20 € gym that you will be alone or with anyone with an irrelevant specialty (and of course dangerous) and will gather all over the world there and will not find a hallway but no rubber ... Anyone interested in serious workout good to do a try.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and there are a lot of classes to choose from as well as more traditional training in weights, treadmills and, recently, power cycling! Definitely worth checking out.

I found it by accident when I was looking for a place to train and I have been a member now for the last three years. Whenever I am in Greece it's where I can be found when not working. ;) It is professionally run, has great opening hours and the membership fee includes classes as well as the use of the equipment. Of the many gyms that can be found in Patras this is one of the best. You will not be disappointed.
