Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Perfect and large space! The latest technology machines together with the friendly environment make us work out with pleasure! I highly recommend it!

Very nice place, large locker rooms and clean. Lots of group programs and very good service. I would highly recommend it.

Room with top technogym instruments, many machines for aerobic training and a very organized and beautiful room in the basement for functional training. Staff young children with an appetite for service. I believe it is best value for money gym.

Οι τιμές είναι τίμιες και αναλογούν 100% στο αποτέλεσμα που παίρνεις . For the last 3 months I have been doing personal training, I have seen quite a big difference in my body. Fitness equipment is one of the best in Patras. The prices are honest and correspond 100% to the result you get.

Κακό περιβάλλον. 1) Shower closed 2) Hair dryer does not work 3) Receipts do not cut 4) The "boss" rude in every way, with a lack of professionalism I went and even though the machines are very good and the space is big, I do not recommend it. Bad environment.

Ιδιαίτερη μνεία στον personal trainer & ιδιοκτήτη του γυμναστηρίου κ. Βαγγέλη. Άψογος επαγγελματίας- άνθρωπος, με τεχνογνωσία. Μέσω εξειδικευμένου προγράμματος εκγύμνασης μεταμόρφωσε το στόχο μου σε αποτέλεσμα. Απίστευτη θετική ενέργεια, κορυφή σε αυτό που κάνει!! It has modern spaces and rooms with rich equipment that meet high quality standards for unique workouts! Hospitable staff. Special mention to the personal trainer & owner of the gym Mr. Vangelis. Flawless professional - man, with know-how. Through a specialized training program, he transformed my goal into a result. Incredible positive energy, top in what he does !!

M	Matthieu Wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ well equipped fitness but the receptionist / coach was not kind and not professionnal. Being new, he made us pay 10 € for the session at 2.15 p.m without even bothering to tell us that the fitness closed at 3 p.m ! we will not be back ?
