Excellent bookstore, with a huge number of books on a wide variety of topics. I was looking for a book on a specialized topic and found 4 relevant titles! Very helpful staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενεσταση υπάλληλος λόγω λάθους. Δεν ελέγχει πιστοποιητικά χωρίς να το ζητήσουν οι ίδιοι οι πελάτες και απότομο προσωπικό χωρίς λόγο. Πραγματικά κρίμα να δουλεύουν τέτοιο άνθρωποι σε βιβλιοπωλεία. Αν υπήρχε επιλογή μηδενικού θα το έβαζα πολύ ευχαρίστως!
Agenestation employee due to error. It does not check certificates without the request of the customers themselves and abrupt staff for no reason. It is a real pity that such people work in bookstores. If there was a choice of zero I would put it very happily!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Ξαφνικα" άρχισαν να χρεώνουν την μια ασπρομαυρη φωτοτυπία 20 λεπτα, με δικαιολογια οτι "σε όλα έχουν αυξηθεί οι τιμες". Μακρια, πανε να βγάλουν από τη μυγα ξύγκι!
"Suddenly" they started charging for a black and white photocopy for 20 minutes, with the excuse that "in everything the prices have increased". Far away, they are going to get rid of the fly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχουν κάποιο θέμα με την εξυπηρέτηση. Όχι μόνο μου μιλούσαν λες και τους έχω κάνει κάτι, αλλά μου έδωσαν προϊόν που δεν έκανε για αυτό που ήθελα, ενώ ήμουν πολύ σαφής. Το χειρότερο είναι ότι μου επιβεβαίωσαν ότι έχουν χρησιμοποιήσει το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν για τη συγκεκριμένη δουλειά χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.
Κρίμα, γιατί τους έχω προτιμήσει αρκετές φορές για να στηρίξω μικρές επιχειρήσεις, αλλά πάντα η επίσκεψή μου εκεί άφηνε μια πολύ μέτρια εντύπωση.
They have an issue with the service. Not only did they talk to me as if I had done something to them, but they gave me a product that did not do what I wanted, while I was very clear. The worst part is that they confirmed to me that they have used this product for this job without any problems.
Too bad, because I have preferred them several times to support small businesses, but always my visit there left a very mediocre impression.
