My order was delivered very fast even though I am on the other side of Greece and I was surprised when opening my package with a small gift of samples exactly for my skin type (known from the products I order). Thank you so much, I will definitely be ordering from you again in the future!

Eventually they answered and refunded the money. One star minus is because they didn't refund the money automatically.

I got all the necessary support and advice, it was especially great that all the managers speak good English. I picked up the order, made on very short notice, and everything was very quickly.

I've been a regular customer of theirs, I ordered to Hungary and Sweden and everything went very smooth - every time.
You will be pleased to know that they take a good care and wrap the products well for shipping and always send you little free samples of some of their products. The staff is very responsive and helpful, in case something you ordered is not available, you will be offered an immediate refund or, you can have it replaced by something else instead, if you wish.
The prices are also great and so I personally recommend BestPharmacy.gr to everyone. :)

I live in Croatia and i made an order at 13. and about 12 a.m. on 15. i've Got My package. Really satisfied with everything. When i opened package, i found a bunch od testers and usualy i didnt get anything from other sites. Only thing is that 12
Euros shipping for my country is bit expensive but will buy again for sure.

Also got free little samples, thank you very much for them! Prices are very-very good for all products. Website itself can be nerve wracking sometimes but its worse the hassle. Will definitely order again
