Blue Cruisers - Santorini - Vlichada Port

I have to say my boyfriend and I were very excited about this experience and we ended up very very disappointed. From the beginning it went wrong. The person who came to pick us up was late (I can understand this and he had emailed us to warn us) and not very nice. He just said the name of our hotel and with an angry attitude he let us get in the car, no "good morning", no "how are you", he didn't check our names, he didn't introduce himself, nothing. In the car there were 3 girls who would be in the same boat with us. When we got on the boat, there were 3-4 staff waiting for us, not sure how many because only one amongst them talked to us during the whole trip. They didn't introduce themselves, they didn't show us the boat, they didn't explain anything. The only boy who addressed us tried to be helpful and asked all the time if we needed a drink. The yacht was far from being luxury, it was old, in a bad state and even dirty (toilet needs a serious clean). I guess it was a nice boat 30 years ago but it really needs a refresh. As we got sea-sick we only drank water but I guessed you could drink wine, beer,... and it was all included. Then the food came... well, it was a 5 course lunch, and it wasn't bad... but it was far from being gourmet. As an example, dessert was a simple greek yogurt with honey... The only good thing about the trip is that you are with a small group of people, we were only 5. However this is tricky as in our case there were 3 young girls looking for a party and us, a couple looking for calm. I guess it could be good if you are a big group of friends and you don't have to share with others. I would also add that they didn't take us to the hot springs as it was planned, and they didn't offer us the material to do snorkeling. To finish I would say they just need to remove luxury and gourmet from the title to be more realistic about what they offer.

From the moment we stepped on the boat with my best friend we knew it would be a great experience! We were the only yacht in the whole sea, between tons of catamarans. The service was super friendly, the food was delicious and tasty! Overall, the experience was magnificent and amazingly beautiful! Looking forward to my next time there!!!

We had a great experience the last summer in that boat, the crew was very polite and does everything with smile, the boat is big enough for 4 couples, and don't feel like a bus as another experience that we had before 2 years at a catamaran with more than 20 persons in a small place. All the places at the boat was clean and groomed. The dinner was excellent, very tasteful in good quality and quantity. We want to visit Santorini again and of course to repeat that cruise.

We have booked with blue cruisers as it’s a recommendation by our hotel, but we had doubt because have read the poor review from here. However, after our wonderful day yesterday, I can’t wait to share our experience here because what we have experienced isn’t what i read here. First of all, our driver wasn’t late and he was friendly. It was a very comfy car for pick up and drop off. Also, the crews were very friendly. (And to be honest, we haven’t met the first unfriend person since we arrived to the island so I can’t believe anyone could be rude.) They have done everything they could to give us the most memorable time and I believe they have gone extra miles. I wouldn’t call it a luxury boat but we get more than what we have paid for! The captain is super professional and I can feel they are very concerned with our safety. We have got a private tour bout the history and the formation of diff mountains/ beach/ volcano. We knew that the hot springs wasn’t part of the plan but we got to swim there since the captain said we got some extra time. Overall, it’s a wonderful experience and we would love to go back with them the next time we return to Santorini. PS We have a 9 years old boy, everyone was very patient with him.
