★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just WOW! we had the red mullet tartar , the pumpkin pasta , the baby goat and fresh bread. It was just amazing. Especially the goat had a unique and special taste. Service was great too and the prices are totally fair. Highly recommending this special and nice restaurant. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe one if the must-visit places for dinner in Folegandros. All the dishes we had were very tastefull far away from the ordinary. Service was very friendly and efficient. The place offers a spacious garden but you better make a reservation especially in hi season. HIGHLY recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blue Cuisine is very fancy, but not in a bad way. The staff will take good care of you. Highly recommended: calamari with fava (the best dish, no doubt), fish in citrus, and the classic Greek dips. Plus the Katsika pale ale if you're into that kind of beer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The classic Folegandros dish "matzata", traditionally pasta cut in thick bands served with a meat on the side, here has been reinvented successfully as very fine pasta dumplings stuffed with meat; I chose rabbit. And they are terrific. Overall a very good choice. Good service. Good choice of wine by the glass. Traditional cuisine with a modern flair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Actual score: 3.5, rounded up to 4.0) Lovely setting and mostly great food but let down by some 'misses'. My partner loved the goat souvlaki and my carpaccio was among the best I've ever had. My partner enjoyed his fish burger but my sea bass main course was bland and unseasoned. The homemade breads were also quite bland and dense. For what they charge I would have expected better. Has the potential to be great, some improvements required.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is really great. However, the menu is somewhat pretentious and the starters just didn’t live to the expectations. The mains were good. It is overpriced to what it is serving in our subjective opinion - it was the most expensive dinner on the island for us: 150 euros for 2 with average wine price range.
