★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We managed to visit Blue Oyster in the nick of time, end of October, just before it shut for the end of the season. The food was exquisite! I had a traditional Parian fish soup called Kakavia (with a twist from the chef), that is really hard to come by. The salad and starters were also a hit, local ingredients generously and carefully combined. All dishes had a great presentation and a very satisfying taste. We combined the food with the Assyrtiko from Moraitis, a recent addition to their wines which is strongly recommended. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable too! Will surely visit again in 2022!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location overlooking Ampelas beach. Upscale ambience and upscale clientele. Very big selection of both seafood/fish as well as meat dishes. Original interpretation of classic Greek/island recipes. Good service, excellent host, great deserts! Recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best restaurants in Paros. Has a great variety of wonderful dishes. Try the taramas and carpaccio. The crayfish risotto is also great. Finally the burger is worth a shot, the patty is exceptional. Absolutely won’t regret going to this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location, right on the beach! Beautiful restaurant with professional staff! The food was simply tasty, fresh and intriguing. There was a relaxed atmosphere and would definitely recommend and return! Overall great experience and worth the visit. It is right on the beach and they also have beach beds.
