Funny how they say you’ll be kicked off if you don’t have a mask on. But not only is masks optional smoking is everywhere. I’m literally sick to my stomach from smelling Tobacco through my mask. Covid control is a joke!

Expect a 2 hour delay at minimum. I've taken a few ferries with them and they're always late, they never give warning to it, and they consistently miscommunicate. They insisted the boat was always just 20 minutes away. 2.5 hours later it finally shows up.

Terrible ferry service. My ferry to Paros was an hour late. We arrived at nearly midnight and I missed the last bus to my hotel as a result. Apparently you are meant to be given a seat number but I wasn't. You are made to fill out a form but noone checks it. Not very Covid safe on board. In 2021 they make you pay for WiFi and there are no charge points or power sockets near your seats.

Thank you once again Blue Star ferry office...Although,understandably prices have been forced to go up due to fuel costs you still offer 50%discount for students travelling on ferry. During these mad, crazy times in the world that's definately a great help for all these youngsters of the future.5 ? for your student support once again...

Clean, beautiful ferry to various Greek islands... we took it from Athens to Santorini and back... it was about 8 hrs. each way. Price is ok. I didn't enjoy economy as the seats were not very comfortable to sleep in; decided to upgrade to first class on our way back to Athens.... totally worth it to me. First class seats are so much more comfortable... Pay €5.oo for all day internet access while at sea, not a bad deal. Great, smooth ride!

I got the Interrail Greek Island Pass with a validation date from 17th May. The first ticket I needed was for the 28th but the lady at the ticket office issued the ticket for the 29th which I only recognized back in the hotel. So I went there again the next day an the other lady told me that she can't change the ticket because in their system the Interrail Pass is only valid from the 29th. So the lady from the day before must have filled in the wrong validation date. There was no possibility to change the validation date so I had to by a new ticket with FULL PRICE of 75€. This is a no-go! Never again!

The ticket shop sold me a ticket for an hour later than I asked for. I confirmed verbally 3 times in the conversation what time I wanted. Needless to say, the ferry didn't let me on and I realized the ticket was for the wrong time. I went back to cancel and it took forever to get a solution, all the time the lady insisted she told me the correct time and I didn't listen. Benefit of the doubt, she didn't speak good English and confused the time. Note I tried to resolve this at a ticket booth closer to the ferry and was told that they are a different vendor so I had to walk back to this one to fix... And by that time I'd missed the ferry id planned to take. Overall frustrating experience
