If like myself,you found yourself in the island of Samos,stranded by the severe weather conditions on a Sunday morning with a serious business deadline and no ticket in your hands,then Filippis Tours is the Agency for you like it was for me.A priority ticket in my hands,no glitz and a round the clock service.Well, six o'clock in the morning can be called early, by any standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very serious agency with an obliging team. I buy there my ferry tickets for three years. Last year, I met big problems with strike in the Piraeus port and Mr Filippis was a great help. He did everything for we can go back to Athenes from Cycladic Islands. I am very grateful for his availability and all his efforts to find a solution. It is worthwhile to go through his agency to have an experimented and reliable partner. I highly recommend this Agency !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in, needed three ferry tickets. Went out 5 min later, with three ferry tickets and loads of advice.
I was not charged any service fee. The lady advised me on booking the cheapest class where possible „because outside high-season, you can always upgrade on the ship if you need to“.
Where several ferries were possible, I was always advised on the best price/duration/reliability option. Would always go here again.
Big plus: you can store your luggage if you have a couple of hours before departure.

We bought tickets to the ferry.The employee(old man) made hundred mistakes in the spelling if our names on the tickets which cause use difficulties with check in on boat and issued tickets to random seats without informing us about it. It was our first time traveling with a big boat and we didn't know that we have tickets with seats.We are family and had to travel for 4 hours on different seats all over the boat seating with strangers while the Covid is booming. The employee apparently didn't care at all and just wanted to take his commission from issuing the tickets.Avoid Fillppis travel, there are plenty of companies I am surebetter that that one
